2017 All-America Honorable Mention (4x400m Relay)
2017: In her one and only season at UW, ran the lead-off leg on the Husky 4x400-meter relay which made school history by becoming the first group to advance to the NCAA Outdoor Championships … earned All-America honorable mention honors as the relay finished 22nd overall at NCAAs in Eugene ... at the NCAA West Preliminaries in Austin, Texas, led off the relay as it broke its own school record and earned the 12th and final spot to NCAAs with a time of 3:35.65 … ran on the 4x4 that first broke the school record which had stood since 1998 at the Mt. SAC Relays, as the group ran 3:36.50, breaking the old record by over a second … led off the 4x4 as it finished fourth at the Pac-12 Championships in 3:40.94 and also was 17th in the open 400-meters … ran a season-best 400-meters of 55.55 seconds at the UW-WSU Dual for second-place, and helped the 4x4 get the win over the Cougars … helped the 4x4 take second at the Trojan Invitational in 3:39.62, going to No. 7 on the top-10 list … indoors, ran on another record-breaking 4x400m relay, as the Dawgs went 3:42.58 at the UW Invitational to lower the school record … the 4x400m relay was fourth at the MPSF Championships in 3:43.22, the No. 3 time in school history … indoor best 400m time of 56.43 at the Husky Classic for fifth.
2016 (At Portland State): Was fifth at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the 200-meters and 400-meters, running a season-best 24.12 in the 200m … had a season-best 400-meters time of 55.17 seconds at the Aztec Invitational and also ran 55.18 at the Triton Invitational … indoors, was the Big Sky runner-up in the 400m in 56.36 seconds … had an indoor best 400m time of 55.00.
2015 (At Portland State): Ran a season-best 400-meters time of 54.95 seconds at the Mt. SAC Relays … won the 400m at the Rose City Preview in 55.29 and won the Portland Twilight in 55.24 … finished sixth in the 400m at the Big Sky Outdoor meet and eighth in the 200-meters and was part of the fifth-place 4x400m relay … indoors was sixth in the 400m finals at the Big Sky Indoors.
2014 (At Portland State): An outstanding freshman season including a 400-meters PR of 54.65 seconds set at the Victor Lopez Classic, second-fastest in PSU school history … was fourth at the Big Sky Championships outdoors in the 200-meters in a PR of 23.89, but was disqualified in the 400-meters … ran at the 2014 U.S. Junior National Championships, taking eighth in the 400-meters in 55.29 seconds … indoors, broke the school record at 400-meters with a time of 54.89 at the Big Sky Indoors, finishing third to earn All-Big Sky honors … a season-best 24.71 200-meter time indoors.
High School and Personal: Parents are Ron and Annmarie Diggs … has a sister, Maddie … as a senior in high school, was top-three at the Washington 2A state championships in the 100-meters, 200-meters, and 400-meters, with a runner-up finish in the 200m in a season-best 25.10 … clocked a 400m PR of 55.63 seconds in the 400m prelims at state in 2013 … ran on the state title-winning 4x400m relays as a junior in 2012 and a sophomore in 2011 … also was fifth at state in the 400-meters as a sophomore … competed for the Seatown Express Track Club.
