2019 All-America Second Team (Distance Medley Relay)
2019: Improved his PRs in the 800-meters and had a career-best fourth-place finish at the Pac-12 Championships in his final outdoor season, and indoors earned Second Team All-America on the distance medley relay โฆ outdoors, advanced to the quarterfinals in the 800-meters at NCAA West Prelims, finishing 17th overall in the quarterfinals in 1:49.68 โฆ ran 1:49.72 to advance through the first round of Prelims โฆ at the Pac-12 meet, took fourth in the timed final in 1:50.37 โฆ third in the 800m invite at the Cardinal Classic in 1:50.00 โฆ second in the 800m at the UW-WSU Dual in 1:51.81 and ran on the winning 4x400m relay โฆ indoors, ran the 800-meter leg on the DMR that was 10th at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Birmingham for his first All-America honor โฆ ran the lead 1,200m leg on the DMR when it qualified for NCAAs by running 9:28.14 at the Last Chance Elite Meet, the third-fastest time in school history โฆ ran a PR of 1:49.08 at the MPSF Championships to take runner-up honors, and go to fifth in school history โฆ won the 800-meters at the UW Invitational with a then-PR of 1:49.69.

2017: In his first official outdoor season, reached the Pac-12 finals at 800-meters and scored for the Dawgs, while also reaching the NCAA West Preliminary Championships โฆ made the final in his first trip to Pac-12s, running 1:50.40 in the final to take sixth-place โฆ placed 29th overall out of the field of 48 at West Preliminaries in Austin, running 1:51.73 โฆ had a huge win for the Dawgs in the UW-WSU Dual, outkicking a WSU runner down the stretch to win in 1:52.12 to help UW earn the close team victory โฆ season-best 800m time of 1:50.24 came at the OSU High Performance Meet where he was third โฆ opened his outdoor season with a victory at the Trojan Invitational in a time of 1:51.39 โฆ had a 1,500-meters season-best of 3:49.99 at the Bryan Clay Invitational โฆ indoors, competed one time unattached, running the mile in 4:16.00 at the UW Invitational โฆ named a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
