2016-17 (Track): Redshirted the season, competing unattached two times during the indoor season β¦ ran the 3,000-meters twice indoors, with a best time of 8:31.34 at the UW Indoor Preview ...Β (Cross Country):Β Redshirted the season β¦ ran well in his only meet, competing unattached at the Sundodger Invite and finishing 15th overall in 24:46 ... in February, traveled to Bend, Ore. and raced in the U.S. Junior Cross Country Championships, placing 15th overall in 27:30.
High School and Personal: Born in Tacoma, Washington β¦ parents are Susan and Daniel Gregory β¦ has one younger brother, Kellen, and one younger sister, Jocelyn β¦ parents were both collegiate athletes at University of Puget Sound β¦ as a senior, finished sixth at the Washington 4A state cross country championships and was Narrows League runner-up β¦ ran at the 2015 Nike Cross Regionals and placed 13th overall β¦ on the track as a senior, made it to state and was seventh in the 3,200-meters with a personal best time of 9:21.09 β¦ also was 13th at state as a junior in the 3,200m and 30th in the state XC meet as a junior β¦ graduated with a 4.00 grade point average.
