2016-17 (Track): Redshirted the season, competing unattached two times during the indoor season โฆ ran the 3,000-meters twice indoors, with a best time of 8:31.34 at the UW Indoor Preview ...ย (Cross Country):ย Redshirted the season โฆ ran well in his only meet, competing unattached at the Sundodger Invite and finishing 15th overall in 24:46 ... in February, traveled to Bend, Ore. and raced in the U.S. Junior Cross Country Championships, placing 15th overall in 27:30.
High School and Personal: Born in Tacoma, Washington โฆ parents are Susan and Daniel Gregory โฆ has one younger brother, Kellen, and one younger sister, Jocelyn โฆ parents were both collegiate athletes at University of Puget Sound โฆ as a senior, finished sixth at the Washington 4A state cross country championships and was Narrows League runner-up โฆ ran at the 2015 Nike Cross Regionals and placed 13th overall โฆ on the track as a senior, made it to state and was seventh in the 3,200-meters with a personal best time of 9:21.09 โฆ also was 13th at state as a junior in the 3,200m and 30th in the state XC meet as a junior โฆ graduated with a 4.00 grade point average.
