Bowerman Award On Moll Watch
January 07, 2026 | Track & Field
SEATTLE -- Already NCAA Champions and NCAA Record-holders, twin sisters Hana and Amanda Moll are once again on the watch list for The Bowerman, the most prestigious individual award in collegiate track & field. The Molls were two of the ten semifinalists at the end of the 2025 season, and they start 2026 as two of the ten women on the preseason list.
As sophomores, Hana Moll won the 2025 NCAA Outdoor title and broke the outdoor collegiate record held by Amanda at the national meet. Amanda won the 2025 NCAA Indoor title and set the overall collegiate record, becoming the first woman to clear 16-feet, which she did on two occasions. The twins were then two of the four members of Team USA for the 2025 World Athletics Championships in Tokyo, and they fittingly finished in a tie for sixth-place in the final.
This is the seventh career Bowerman Watch List appearance for Amanda and the fifth for Hana.
The 2026 Dempsey Indoor season kicks off next Friday and Saturday, Jan. 16-17, with the UW Preview.
