2015-16 (Track):Β Limited to just two races indoors and one race outdoors but posted a school top-10 mark in the 5,000-meters indoors β¦ at the UW Invitational in the Dempsey, she ran a 16:38.75 time for the 5k, good for the No. 10 spot in school history β¦ also ran a 3,000-meters at the UW Indoor Preview in 9:46.88 β¦ one race outdoors came at the UW-WSU Dual in Pullman, running the 3k in 9:58.83 for seventh ...Β (Cross Country):Β Raced once during the fall, traveling to the Wisconsin Invitational and running in the open race, placing 20thΒ in a time of 21:24.
2014-15 At Villanova (Track):Β Finished sixth at the Big East Championships in the 5,000-meters in a career-best time of 17:33.59 β¦ ran a season-best 3,000-meters of 10:14.97 at the Colonial Relays β¦Β finished 14thΒ in the 3,000-meters at the Big East Indoor Championships, crossing in a PR of 9:51.06Β Β β¦Β (Cross Country):Β Ran in Seattle at the Washington Invitational, finishing 66thΒ overall as the No. 5 Villanova finisher in 21:37 β¦ fourth on the team and 18thΒ overall at the Princeton Invitational, helping Villanova win the title.
2013-14 At Villanova (Track):Β Scored in the 5,000-meters at the Big East Championships in her only track race of the year β¦Β (Cross Country):Β Ran in Villanovaβs top-five at all three postseason meets to help the Wildcats finish 19thΒ at the NCAA Championships β¦ finished 153rdΒ at the NCAA meet in Terre Haute in 21:40, fourth on the squad β¦ helped Villanova win the Regional title, finishing fourth on the team and 16thΒ overall in 20:34 β¦ was 26thΒ overall at the Big East Championships, fourth on the squad β¦ finished 93rdΒ at the Paul Short Run out of 430 competitors in 21:46 β¦ opened the year with a seventh-place finish at the Main Line Invitational.
2012-13 At Villanova (Track):Β Did not compete during the track season β¦Β (Cross Country):Β Did not make her season debut until the Mid-Atlantic Regional race, which was also the first college cross country race of her career β¦ at Regionals, finished 51stΒ overall and sixth on the squad in 22:05 β¦ ran at the 2012 NCAA Cross Country Championships in just her second cross country race, and scored as Villanovaβs No. 5 runner, finishing 209thΒ overall as Villanova placed 27th.
2011-12 At Villanova (Track):Β Did not compete outdoors but ran several times during the indoor season β¦ ran at the Big East Indoor Championships, finishing 15thΒ in the mile in 4:58.61 and was 14thΒ at 3,000-meters in 10:05.02 β¦ was 10thΒ in the 3k at the New Balance Collegiate Invite in 10:00.01 β¦ made collegiate debut at the Great Dane Classic, finishing 10thΒ in the 3,000-meters in 10:12.61 β¦Β (Cross Country):Β Redshirted the cross country season.
High School and Personal:Β Born in Colorado Springs, Colorado β¦ parents are Debbie Hellman and Mark Harris β¦ has two younger brothers, Peyton and Gideon, a twin sister Zoe and a younger sister Shailie β¦ All-State performer and also received Gazette first team accolades ... named the Tri-Peaks League Runner of the Year in 2010 β¦ an eight-time state track finalist, finishing third as a senior in the 3,200-meters in 11:41.37, and taking fifth in the 1,600-meters and sixth in the 800-meters β¦ was fifth at the Colorado state cross country championships as a senior in 2010.
