2015-16 (Track): Limited to just two races indoors and one race outdoors but posted a school top-10 mark in the 5,000-meters indoors … at the UW Invitational in the Dempsey, she ran a 16:38.75 time for the 5k, good for the No. 10 spot in school history … also ran a 3,000-meters at the UW Indoor Preview in 9:46.88 … one race outdoors came at the UW-WSU Dual in Pullman, running the 3k in 9:58.83 for seventh ... (Cross Country): Raced once during the fall, traveling to the Wisconsin Invitational and running in the open race, placing 20th in a time of 21:24.
2014-15 At Villanova (Track): Finished sixth at the Big East Championships in the 5,000-meters in a career-best time of 17:33.59 … ran a season-best 3,000-meters of 10:14.97 at the Colonial Relays … finished 14th in the 3,000-meters at the Big East Indoor Championships, crossing in a PR of 9:51.06 … (Cross Country): Ran in Seattle at the Washington Invitational, finishing 66th overall as the No. 5 Villanova finisher in 21:37 … fourth on the team and 18th overall at the Princeton Invitational, helping Villanova win the title.
2013-14 At Villanova (Track): Scored in the 5,000-meters at the Big East Championships in her only track race of the year … (Cross Country): Ran in Villanova’s top-five at all three postseason meets to help the Wildcats finish 19th at the NCAA Championships … finished 153rd at the NCAA meet in Terre Haute in 21:40, fourth on the squad … helped Villanova win the Regional title, finishing fourth on the team and 16th overall in 20:34 … was 26th overall at the Big East Championships, fourth on the squad … finished 93rd at the Paul Short Run out of 430 competitors in 21:46 … opened the year with a seventh-place finish at the Main Line Invitational.
2012-13 At Villanova (Track): Did not compete during the track season … (Cross Country): Did not make her season debut until the Mid-Atlantic Regional race, which was also the first college cross country race of her career … at Regionals, finished 51st overall and sixth on the squad in 22:05 … ran at the 2012 NCAA Cross Country Championships in just her second cross country race, and scored as Villanova’s No. 5 runner, finishing 209th overall as Villanova placed 27th.
2011-12 At Villanova (Track): Did not compete outdoors but ran several times during the indoor season … ran at the Big East Indoor Championships, finishing 15th in the mile in 4:58.61 and was 14th at 3,000-meters in 10:05.02 … was 10th in the 3k at the New Balance Collegiate Invite in 10:00.01 … made collegiate debut at the Great Dane Classic, finishing 10th in the 3,000-meters in 10:12.61 … (Cross Country): Redshirted the cross country season.
High School and Personal: Born in Colorado Springs, Colorado … parents are Debbie Hellman and Mark Harris … has two younger brothers, Peyton and Gideon, a twin sister Zoe and a younger sister Shailie … All-State performer and also received Gazette first team accolades ... named the Tri-Peaks League Runner of the Year in 2010 … an eight-time state track finalist, finishing third as a senior in the 3,200-meters in 11:41.37, and taking fifth in the 1,600-meters and sixth in the 800-meters … was fifth at the Colorado state cross country championships as a senior in 2010.
