2017: Long jumped at both conference championships for the Huskies, ranking second on the squad both indoors and outdoors … at her final Pac-12 Championships, jumped 18-3 to finish 13th overall … season-best long jump of 18-5 ¾ in the UW-WSU Dual to take second-place … also went 18-3 ¼ at the Ken Shannon Invitational for third … fifth in the long jump at the Trojan Invitational at 18-2 ½ … indoors, was 14th at the MPSF Championships with a mark of 18-0 ½ … jumped 17-6 at the UW Invitational and 17-4 at the UW Indoor Open … earned Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2016: Made big improvements in the long jump, scoring for the first time at the MPSF Championships indoors … broke the 19-foot mark for the first time in her career outdoors with a wind-aided 19-5 ½ jump at the UW-WSU Dual where she finished third … also had a wind-legal best of 18-8 ½ at the Dual, a new PR … jumped 18-4 ¼ at the Beach Invitational and went 18-1 at the Pepsi Team Invite to finish seventh … jumped an indoor PR of 18-5 ¾ at the MPSF Championships to place eighth and earn a team point … also had a jump of 18-4 ¼ at the UW Invitational and went 18-3 ¾ at the Husky Classic … a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2015: Focused primarily on the long jump indoors and outdoors … placed fifth in the long jump at the UW-WSU Dual with a best mark of 17-1 ½ … took second at the Ken Shannon Invitational with a wind-aided jump of 17-9 ½ and also had a wind-legal 17-7 … set a new indoor PR in the long jump at the UW Invitational, going 17-11 … ran 8.09 seconds for the 60-meters at the UW Indoor Preview and long jumped 17-7 ½.
2014: Competed at both conference meets in her first season in the long jump, and also ran the short sprints … ended her season at the Pac-12 Championships, where she finished 21st in the long jump at 17-8 ¼ … passed the 18-foot mark for the first time at the UW-WSU Dual, going 18-1 ¾ to finish sixth … jumped 17-11 at the Stanford Invitational for fifth … best 100-meters time of 12.51 seconds came at the Oregon Preview … indoors, was 10th in the long jump at the MPSF Championships with a mark of 17-8 … top 60-meter dash time was 7.90 seconds at the SPU Final Qualifier.
High School and Personal: Born in Seattle … parents are Karen and Steven Adler … has one younger brother, Jake … mother, Karen, is a University of Washington alum … a two-time Washington 3A state champion in the long jump, and state finalist 100-meters … captured the state long jump title as just a freshman in 2010, then came back to win it her senior year in 2013 with a career-best jump of 19-feet even … winning long jump distance her freshman year was 17-6 ½ … in-between the two wins, she finished third in the long jump as a sophomore and seventh as a junior … was eighth in the 100-meter dash final as a senior, 10th as a junior, and seventh as a sophomore, when she also won the Metro League 100m dash title … qualified for state three times on the 4x100m relay and three more on the 4x200m relay, twice making the finals in the 4x200-meters … also lettered two years in basketball and played freshman soccer, earning team MVP … graduated with a 3.45 grade point average.
