2017 Pac-12 4x400m Relay Third-Place
2018: Helped the 4x400-meter relay score at Pac-12s and advance to NCAA West Prelims in his final season despite managing some injury issues โฆ was the third leg on the 4x4 which took fourth at the Pac-12 Championships in a season-best 3:08.81 โฆ the 4x4 then took 21st at NCAA Prelims in a time of 3:08.91 in his final race โฆ was 12th in the open 400-meters at the Pac-12 meet, running a season-best 47.79 โฆ second in the 400m at the Pepsi Team Invite in 48.19 and helped the 4x4 win in a time of 3:13.31 but missed the next month of the season โฆ competed at just two indoor meets but set PRs in both โฆ at the UW Invitational, ran a new indoor 400m PR of 48.05 to take second โฆ at the UW Indoor Preview, had a 200m PR of 22.16 and ran on second-place 4x4 that clocked 3:12.76 โฆ a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2017: Broke through late in the season in the 400-meters, going under 48 seconds for the first time and reaching the finals of the Pac-12 Championships while helping the 4x400m relay make NCAA Prelims โฆ in the Pac-12 Championship prelims, ran a PR of 47.95 seconds to make the final, and then lowered his PR again all the way to 47.58 to finish seventh-place โฆ was the third leg on the 4x400m relay that made the podium at Pac-12s, placing third in a season-best 3:08.42 โฆ advanced to West Prelims with the relay, finishing 21st overall in 3:10.16 โฆ made up a big gap on his relay leg in the decisive 4x4 to help the Huskies beat the Cougars in the UW-WSU Dual in one of the most exciting moments of the season โฆ third in the 400m in the Dual in 49.12 โฆ opened his outdoor season with a then-PR of 48.09 seconds at the Trojan Invitational for third โฆ also ran 48.30 at the Beach Invitational for 10th โฆ indoors, his season-best 400m was 48.99 for 25th overall and ran on the seventh-place 4x4 in 3:12.85 โฆ a 200-meter indoor PR of 22.63 at the UW Invitational โฆ earned Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2016: Focused on the 400-meters outdoors, running a seasonโs-best time of 48.83 seconds at the UW-WSU Dual where he was fourth overall โฆ also ran on the 4x400m relay at the Dual, taking second in 3:12.28 โฆ part of winning 4x4 at the Ken Shannon Invite in 3:15.31 โฆ traveled to the Beach Invitational and clocked a 49.41 second 400-meters โฆ did not compete during the indoor season โฆ a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2015: Moved between the 400-meters and 800-meters โฆ posted his top 800-meters time at the Stanford Invitational, where he crossed in 1:52.53 to take second in his section โฆ at the Baldy Castillo Invite in Tempe, clocked a 1:52.64 time for 800m โฆ second in the Ken Shannon Invite 800-meters in 1:54.44 โฆ scored at the UW-WSU Dual, taking third in the 400-meters in 49.32 seconds โฆ also third at the Pepsi Team Invite in the 400m in 49.19 and ran on the second-place 4x400m relay which finished in 3:13.35 โฆ competed at just two meets indoors, running 1:54.92 for 800-meters at the Husky Classic.
2014: Redshirted the season, did not compete unattached.
High School and Personal: Born in Naples, Italy โฆ parents are Masako and Denfield Thomas โฆ has one older brother, Phillip, and one older sister, Olivia โฆ brother, Phillip, plays basketball at University of Puget Sound โฆ captured his first state title as a senior, winning the 4A finals at 400-meters in a career-best time of 47.83 seconds, his first time breaking 48-seconds โฆ also won Narrows League and West Central District titles at 400-meters in 2013 โฆ ran on the 4x100m and 4x400m relays, both of which finished sixth at the 2013 state championships โฆ won Narrows League 400m title as a sophomore โฆ did not run track as a junior โฆ a standout basketball player, lettering three years โฆ Narrows League First Team in 2013 for basketball and Second Team as a junior โฆ the Central Kitsap Male Athlete of the Year for 2012-13 โฆ a US Army National Scholar-Athlete award winner โฆ also played AAU basketball from eighth grade through high school โฆ graduated with a 3.5 GPA.
