2021: Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships once again in the 400-meter hurdles, earning All-America Honorable Mention in her final season โฆ came up with a big season-best at just the right moment, in the West Prelim quarterfinals, where she ran 58.20 to place 12th overall in the 400m hurdles and earn the final spot to NCAA Outdoors โฆ was 24th overall in the NCAA semifinals in Eugene in 1:02.30 โฆ helped the 4x400m relay earn a podium spot at the Pac-12 Championships as the group took third in 3:40.85 โฆ 4x4 relay was 20th at NCAA Prelims in a season-best 3:40.14 โฆ 10th in the 400m hurdles at Pac-12s in 1:00.91 โฆ ran 58.82 for the hurdles at the West Coast Relays for third โฆ won the 400m hurdles at the UW-WSU Dual in 59.01 โฆ third at the Jim Click Shootout with a 400m hurdles time of 58.65 โฆ indoors, ran unattached at three meets โฆ had a 400m season-best of 56.48 at the UW Indoor Preview and a 200m best of 25.41 at the Husky Classic.
2020 (Indoor Track; Outdoor Season Canceled): Competed unattached during the indoor season while waiting to use final year of outdoor eligibility โฆ set career-bests in the indoor 400-meters and 60-meter hurdles while competing unattached โฆ took third in the 400-meters at the Husky Classic in a PR of 55.77 seconds โฆ also took third in the 60m hurdles at the Husky Classic in a PR of 8.57 โฆ also ran 8.68 for the 60m hurdles at the UW Last Chance Meet and the UW Invitational โฆ a Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll selection.
2019: A fantastic season culminating in a seventh-place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 400-meter hurdles to earn First Team All-America honors, the first Husky to score in the womenโs 400m hurdles since 1995 โฆ broke the 24-year-old school record in the 400m hurdles in the quarterfinals of NCAA West Prelims in Sacramento when she ran 57.02 seconds, cutting 0.67-seconds off her PR in that race โฆ at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Austin, Texas, won her semifinal heat in 57.43 seconds to make the final, where she ran 57.76 to finish seventh and score two points for the team โฆ cut 1.75 seconds off her PR coming into the season โฆ first broke 58-seconds at the Pac-12 Championships in Tucson where she placed fourth in a then-PR of 57.69, and also ran on the 4x400m relay which took sixth in 3:40.16 โฆ got a win at the National Relay Championships in Arkansas with a then-PR of 58.33 โฆ also had a win at the Beach Invitational in a then-PR of 58.35 โฆ another win in the 400m hurdles at the UW-WSU Dual in a time of 59.06 and ran on the winning 4x4 and was also second in the 100m hurdles in 14.00 โฆ opened her outdoor season with a 400m hurdles win at the Doris Heritage Festival in 59.46 โฆ indoors, placed 15th in the 400-meters at the MPSF Championships in 56.80 and was part of the sixth-place 4x4 in 3:44.85 โฆ ran an indoor season-best 400m of 56.56 at the Last Chance Elite Meet.
2018: A full season running the hurdles as part of one of the best 400m hurdle groups in the country โฆ ran her best time of the season in her final race, taking 12th in the 400m hurdles prelims at the Pac-12 Championships in 1:00.17 โฆ won the 400m hurdles at the Ken Shannon Invite in 1:00.38 โฆ third in the hurdles at the Pepsi Team Invite in 1:00.63 โฆ also third at the Stanford Invitational in 1:00.31 โฆ opened her outdoor season taking fifth at the Trojan Invite in 1:00.76 for the 400m hurdles and fourth in the 100m hurdles in wind-aided 14.33 โฆ best 100m hurdles time of 14.23 at the Stanford Invite โฆ third in the 100m hurdles at the UW-WSU Dual in 14.30 and sixth in 400m hurdles in 1:02.96 โฆ indoors, ran a best 60m hurdles time of 8.69 at the Don Kirby Invitational โฆ was 21st in the 60m hurdles at the MPSF Championships in 8.86 โฆ a 400m best of 57.34 at the Don Kirby meet, converted from 57.23 for altitude โฆ earned Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2017: An excellent redshirt freshman season, leading the Huskies in both hurdles events, scoring at the Pac-12 Championships, and helping the 4x400m relay become the first UW group to ever reach NCAA Outdoors โฆ as the third leg of the 4x400m relay, helped the group break its own school record and get the 12th and final spot out of NCAA West Prelims with a time of 3:35.65 โฆ earned All-America honorable mention honors as the relay finished 22nd overall at NCAAs in Eugene ...ย reached the NCAA quarterfinals in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing 18th in the quarterfinal round in Austin in 59.33 seconds โฆ made the Pac-12 final in the 400-meter hurdles in her first conference meet and finished fourth with a new PR of 58.77 seconds, going to No. 8 in school history โฆ also was fourth at Pac-12s as part of the 4x400m relay and was 10th in the 100m hurdles in a wind-aided 13.96 seconds โฆ ran a total of five PRs in the 400m hurdles during the season, opening with a time of 59.82 in a win at the Trojan Invitational โฆ broke 59-seconds for the first time at the Mt. SAC Relays in 58.89 โฆ part of the 4x400m that broke the 1998 school record for the first time at Mt. SAC, running 3:36.50 โฆ won the 100m hurdles at the UW-WSU Dual in 14.08 and was second in the 400m hurdles in 1:00.72 โฆ won the 400m hurdles at the OSU High Performance Meet in 58.84 seconds โฆ indoors, was the top hurdler on the team with a 60m hurdles season-best of 8.66 seconds to take third at the Husky Classic โฆ ran the 400-meter leg on the distance medley relay that took third at the MPSF Championships in 11:14.37 ... earned Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2016: Ran a full indoor season before redshirting the outdoor campaign โฆ ended the indoor season with her best time in the 60-meter hurdles, running 9.15 seconds at the UW Indoor Open for seventh-place โฆ also ran a time of 9.22 in the UW Indoor Open โฆ ran on the 4x400m relay at the Husky Classic that clocked a 3:50.74 to take seventh.
High School and Personal: Parents are Kathy and Darren Mills โฆ has one older brother, Dahrius โฆ the back-to-back Washington 4A state champion in the 300-meter hurdles, winning in 2014 and 2015 โฆ ran her 300m hurdles career-best of 42.06 seconds in the state meet prelims her senior year, going 42.13 in the finals โฆ her time of 42.06 ranked 18th nationally in 2015 and eighth among seniors โฆ also took second at state in 2015 in the 100m hurdles, running 14.13 in the final โฆ was sixth at the 2015 Brooks PR Invite in the 100m hurdles in a career-best time of 13.97 โฆ did not lose a 300m hurdles race as a senior โฆ won KingCo titles in both hurdles races as a junior and senior โฆ won her first state title as a junior in 2014, going 42.45 in the 300m hurdles final, which ranked 28th nationally โฆ ran at the U.S. Junior Championships in 2014 and 2015, stepping up to the 400m hurdles, finishing 20th in 2014 and 11th in 2015 with a time of 1:01.50 โฆ ran a 200-meters best of 24.87 at the 2015 USATF Junior Olympic Nationals โฆ won the 2015 Arcadia Invite 300m hurdles in 42.78 โฆ only took up track as a sophomore and did not have a hurdles coach until her junior year โฆ graduated with a 3.6 GPA.
