2020-21 (Track): A record-setting indoor season, as he became the UW School Record-holder at 5,000-meters, setting the mark of 13:33.61 at the NCAA Indoor Championships, where he finished ninth to earn All-America Second Team honors … qualified for NCAA Indoors with a 5k time of 13:44.70 at the UW Invitational … second in the 3k at the Husky Classic in 7:58.77, No. 8 in school history … outdoors, ended the season moving up to 10,000-meters, where he took third at the Pac-12 Championships in a PR of 28:43.72, the third-fastest time in UW history … placed 27th at the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 10,000-meters … ran 13:46.41 in his outdoor season debut to take sixth at the Raleigh Relays 5k … third in the 1,500m at the UW-WSU Dual in 3:44 … named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
2019-20 (Indoor Track; Outdoor Season Canceled): Did not compete during the indoor season ... (Cross Country): An outstanding first season as a Dawg, becoming the first Husky man ever to win the NCAA West Regional title and the first named West Region Athlete of the Year by the USTFCCCA … won the West Region title in a time of 29:43 in Colfax, Wash. … unfortunately was unable to race at the NCAA Championships due to health precautions … also had one of the best finishes in school history at the Pac-12 Championships, as he was third overall in 23:06, and earned All-Pac-12 First Team honors … led the squad at Pre-Nationals with a seventh-place finish in 23:33 … first race was a 26th-place finish, third on the team, at the Battle In Beantown.
2018-19 (Track At Iowa State): Did not compete outdoors … indoors, garnered his first All-America honor on the track with a 12th-place finish at NCAA Indoors in the 3,000-meters in 8:05.05 … a Second Team All-American with that finish … a pair of top-four finishes at Big 12 Indoors, taking third in the 5k and fourth in the 3k … set a new 3,000-meters personal-best in Seattle at the UW Invitational, clocking 7:51.29 … (Cross Country At Iowa State): Another impressive cross country season, finishing just seven seconds away from another All-America honor, as he was 46th overall at NCAAs to help Iowa State place seventh as a team … All-Midwest Region honors with a sixth-place finish to help ISU win the title … fifth at the Big 12 Championships, helping ISU to the team win as the No. 2 Cyclone, earning All-Big 12 … placed 31st overall at the Wisconsin Invitational … opened the fall taking seventh at the Hawkeye Invite … an Academic All-Big 12 selection.
2017-18 (Track At Iowa State): Redshirted the outdoor season … competing unattached, ran a 5,000-meters PR of 13:44.50 at the Portland Track Festival … indoors, won the Big 12 Indoor title in the 5,000-meters in 14:03.05 and took third in the 3,000-meters in 8:04.89 … a season-best 3k at the UW Invitational in Seattle with a time of 7:56.61 … took second in the mile at the Larry Wieczorek Invite in 4:08.07 … (Cross Country At Iowa State): The Big 12 Male Cross Country Athlete of the Year, capping his season with a 15th-place finish at the NCAA Championships to earn All-America honors … led Iowa State at nationals to a seventh-place team finish … took fourth at the Midwest Regional meet in 29:13 for 10k to earn All-Region honors … led Iowa State to the team championship at Big 12 Cross Country with a fourth-place finish to earn All-Big 12 honors … finished 24th at the Wisconsin Invitational … fourth overall at the Hawkeye Invite … earned Academic All-Big 12.
2016-17 (Track At Iowa State): Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 5,000-meters, finishing 18th overall in Austin, Texas … took fourth at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in the 5k … ran at the Drake Relays on the DMR, taking ninth … set a personal-best in the 5k at the Cardinal Classic, running 13:55.12 … indoors, was fourth in the 5k and 11th in the 3k at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … ran a 3k of 8:07.50 at the Iowa State Classic … (Cross Country At Iowa State): Competed at his first NCAA Cross Country Championships, placing 148th overall as the No. 5 scorer for Iowa State … placed 29th at the Midwest Regional meet, running 30:56 for 10k … a top-10 finish at his first Big 12 Cross Country meet, finishing ninth overall and third on the squad … was 65th at the Wisconsin Invitational and 19th at his first meet, the Roy Griak Invitational.
High School and Personal: Parents are Beth and Bill Jordan … a stellar All-American prep career, winning the 2015-16 Gatorade Ohio Athlete of the Year award in both cross country and track & field … as a senior, won the Ohio Division I state title, and broke the Ohio state meet record … ran to sixth-place at the 2015 Foot Locker National Championships … in his senior track season, won the 3,200-meter state title and won the 1,600-meter Midwest Meet of Champions title in a PR of 4:10.18 … ran the second-fastest time in the U.S. in 2016, clocking a time of 8:46.72 for 3,200-meters at the Eastern Relays … had a big win a the 2016 Brooks PR Invite in Seattle, winning the 2-mile in 8:50.12 … also won two career indoor 3,200-meter state titles.
