2021 Pac-12 Javelin Bronze Medalist
2022: Scored at the Pac-12 Championships once again in the javelin and would placed 20th at NCAA West Prelims in his final competition โฆ at Pac-12s, placed sixth with a throw of 210-11 โฆ threw 211-3 at West Prelims in Arkansas โฆ upped his personal-best in the javelin to 215-8 at the Fresno State Invitational, placing second โฆ second at the UW-WSU Dual with a mark of 210-1 โฆ named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
2021: Made the podium at the Pac-12 Championships in the javelin in just his second competition of the season, throwing 211-6 to finish in third-place โฆ set a PR in his javelin season debut going 214-0 at the West Coast Relays for third โฆ qualified for NCAA West Prelims but did not compete due to a health issue โฆ did the triple jump to score a point in third at the UW-WSU Dual ... a Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll member and a USTFCCCA All-Academic Team pick.
2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19 โฆ a Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll selection.
2019: A strong freshman season saw him qualify for NCAA West Prelims in the javelin โฆ competed at the USATF U20 Championships in June and finished fifth overall with a new PR of 203-9 โฆ placed 37th at his first West Prelims competition with a toss of 194-4 โฆ in his first meet as a Husky, threw the javelin 201-3 at the Stanford Invitational to take fourth โฆ threw 201-8 at the Beach Invitational โฆ was second at the Ken Shannon Invitational with a toss of 196-11.
High School and Personal: Born in Altus, Oklahoma โฆ parents are Amy and Douglas Annanie โฆ has one older brother, Nicholas โฆ father was a gymnast at the Air Force Academy โฆ was the top-ranked javelin thrower in Washington as a senior in 2018, setting a personal-best of 203-1 in a win at the Pasco Invitational โฆ a three-time Washington 1A State Champion in the javelin, winning as a senior with a toss of 195-3 โฆ had four more meets of 200-foot throws as a senior, including at the 2018 Ironwood Classic in Idaho where he was third at 201-9 โฆ also set his schoolโs pole vault record as a senior at 14-6 and qualified for state three times in that event as well, with a best of third in 2017 โฆ threw discus regularly with a best of 137-3.
