2019: Moved up the Husky top-10 lists in the 400-meter hurdles, closing out her season with the two fastest times of her career at NCAA West Prelims β¦ set a new PR in the NCAA Prelims first round in Sacramento, running 58.14 seconds to go to No. 7 in school history β¦ finished 16th overall in the NCAA quarterfinals, with a time of 58.60, the second-fastest of her career β¦ finished 11th in the Pac-12 Championships in the 400m hurdles in 1:00.12 β¦ took second in the UW-WSU Dual in 59.13 in the 400m hurdles and third in the 100m hurdles in 14.09 β¦ sixth at the National Relay Championships in Arkansas in the hurdles with a time of 59.43 β¦ indoors, set a 400m best of 57.17 at the Last Chance Elite Meet β¦ 29th in the 400m at the MPSF Championships β¦ a season-best 60m hurdles time of 8.87 at the UW Invitational.
2018: A strong comeback season as she advanced to the NCAA quarterfinals in the 400-meter hurdles and broke into the Husky top-10 list β¦ at the NCAA West Preliminaries, she took seven-tenths of a second off her 400m hurdles PR in the first round, running 58.65 to reach the quarterfinals where she finished 24th overall β¦ that time put her at No. 9 in school history β¦ broke sixty seconds in the 400m hurdles for the first time at the UW-WSU Dual where she ran 59.38 to finish fourth and also took second in the 100m hurdles in a season-best 14.07 β¦ was 11th in the 400m hurdles at the Pac-12 Championships in 1:00.03 and also was 14th in the 100m hurdles in 14.10 β¦ third at the Ken Shannon Invite in the 100m hurdles in a wind-aided 14.05 β¦ was eighth in the 400m hurdles at the Mt. SAC Relays in 1:00.81 β¦ at the Pepsi Team Invitational, took fourth in the long hurdles in 1:00.95 and was second in the 100m hurdles in 14.15 β¦ indoors, took 23rd at the MPSF Championships in the 60m hurdles in a season-best time of 8.92 seconds β¦ named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2017: Competed just one time during the indoor season at the UW Invitational and redshirted the outdoor season.
2016: A promising freshman season centering on the 400-meter hurdles, running at the conference meets indoors and out β¦ had the second-fastest time on the squad in the 400m hurdles with a 1:00.92 posted at the Beach Invitational β¦ also ran 1:00.94 at the UW-WSU Dual Meet, finishing third β¦ at the Pac-12 Championships, finished 13th in the 400m hurdles in 1:01.88 β¦ was the alternate on the 4x400m relay at NCAA West Prelims β¦ fifth in the 400m hurdles at the Pac-12 vs Big Ten Invite in Tempe in 1:01.21 and also was fifth at the Pepsi Team Invite in 1:01.27 β¦ best 100m hurdles time of the season was 14.48 at the UW-WSU Dual for fourth β¦ indoors, ran a season-best 60m hurdles time in the first meet, the UW Indoor Preview, going 8.75 in the final for sixth and 8.76 in the semis β¦ ran the hurdles at the MPSF Championships, taking 16th in 8.98 β¦ top 4x4 relay time was 3:47.75 at the UW Invitational β¦ ran an open 400-meters in 57.77 at the UW Indoor Open.
High School and Personal: Born in Moscow, Idaho β¦ parents are Michelle and Scott Hill β¦ has one older brother, Westin, one older sister, Ashlyn, and one younger sister, Alexa β¦ brother Westin played basketball at Idaho β¦ one of the top hurdler recruits in the nation, as she ranked seventh nationally in 2015 in the 300-meter hurdles, and third among seniors β¦ ran a 300m hurdles PR of 41.47 seconds in the California Division I state finals, finishing fourth, as five of the top-seven hurdlers in the nation were from the state β¦ also took sixth in the 100m hurdles finals as a senior, running 13.77, which ranked 22nd nationally β¦ won the 2015 CIF-CS Masters meet going 41.76 in the 300m hurdles, and also won the Arcadia Invite earlier in the season in 42.23 β¦ reached the California state finals in both hurdle events both as a sophomore and a junior β¦ capped her junior year with a fifth-place finish in the 100m hurdles and a fourth-place finish in the 300m hurdles with a then-PR of 42.06 seconds, which ranked 22nd nationally in 2014 β¦ also ran on the 4x400m relay squad that was third in the state finals her junior year β¦ ran a just slightly wind-aided time of 13.66 in the 100m hurdles in 2014 β¦ also ran some strong cross country during her career, finishing 47th at the 2013 CIF state meet as a junior β¦ finished 11th at the CIF Central Section Championship as a senior in 2014 β¦ graduated with a 3.6 GPA and interested in studying pre-health sciences, architectural design, or broadcasting.
