2018 MPSF 4x400m Relay Champion
2020 (Indoor Track; Outdoor Season Canceled): A full indoor season, competing at the MPSF Championships where he was 23rd in the 400-meters with a season-best time of 48.87 and ran on the ninth-place 4x400m relay … part of the winning 4x4 relay at the UW Indoor Preview in 3:14.12 … 12th at the Don Kirby Invite 400m in 49.12 … a season-best 200m time of 22.26 at the UW Invitational.
2019: Improved his personal bests in the 400-meters and scored for the Dawgs on the 4x400-meter relay at the Pac-12 Championships … helped the 4x400m relay advance to NCAA West Preliminaries where it placed 19th in 3:10.30 … the 4x400m relay scored a fourth-place finish at Pac-12s in a season-best time of 3:09.22 … broke 48-seconds for the first time at the Pac-12 meet as he ran a PR of 47.77 to finish 12th overall … was 20th in the 400m at the National Relay Championships in a time of 48.15 … set a 200-meters PR of 21.58 at the Beach Invitational … indoors, matched his PR with a 48.61 run at the MPSF Championships to finish 18th … helped the DMR finish fourth at MPSFs and the 4x400m relay place seventh.

2017: Ran a full season indoors and out, focusing on the 400-meters … ranked third on the team in the open 400-meters outdoors, posting a season-best 48.57 at the Trojan Invitational, taking sixth … closed the season running 49.14 at the Ken Shannon Invitational for fourth … was fourth in the 400m at the UW-WSU Dual in 49.92 … indoors, had a 400m best of 49.40 at the Husky Classic, and ran a 200-meters best of 22.21 at the SPU Final Qualifier … ran on the 4x400m relay at the Husky Classic that took fourth in 3:15.44.
High School and Personal: Born in Kingston, Jamaica … parents are Yvonne and Nandel Palmer … has two older brothers, Jevoy and Jevaughn … competed at the Washington 4A state championships all four years of his high school career, helping Federal Way win three team track titles … as a senior, was fifth in the both the 200-meters and 400-meters at the state finals … also was third in the 400-meters at state as a sophomore in 2014 … ran on the 4x400m relay that was second at state in 2013 and 2014, and on the 4x100m relay that was second in 2016 ... ran his 200-meter PR of 22.15 seconds at districts in 2016 … a 400-meter best of 48.96 seconds to win the Bill Harris Invite in 2014 … also lettered two years in football … was ASB Vice President … graduated with a 3.5 GPA.
