SEATTLE – Despite a 24-point fourth quarter and overcoming a double-digit deficit late in the game, the Husky women's basketball team (13-8, 4-5 Big Ten) fell 73-70 to Indiana Monday night inside Alaska Airlines Arena.
The Hoosiers (13-7, 5-4 Big Ten) jumped out to a five-point lead after the first. The Dawgs kept Indiana to just eight second quarter points to take a two-point halftime lead thanks to a Tayra Eke layup with just over a minute to go in the first half.
On the way to a season-high 21 points, Dalayah Daniels dropped 13 in the second half, finishing the night on 9-of-12 shooting. Daniels also added three rebounds, two assists, four steals, and a block.

Indiana's Sydney Parrish connected on a three-pointer to give her team the advantage once again with 1:25 left on the clock before Sellers connected on two free throws to cut the Indiana lead to one, 71-70.
