2024-25: Broke through to earn First Team All-America honors indoors and outdoors in the mile and the 1,500-meters, running several of the fastest times in Husky history โฆ top-20 at the USATF Outdoor Championships in the 1,500-meters โฆ won the Big Ten Indoor title at 800-meters for her second conference gold โฆ one of the cross country leaders in the fall, earning All-Big Ten First Team ... named a CSC Third Team Academic All-American.
2025 Outdoors: Another terrific campaign, earning her first outdoor All-America First Team honor to go with her indoor podium, as she placed eighth in the NCAA 1,500m final which was won by teammate Sophie OโSullivan โฆ ran 4:11.03 in the NCAA final in Eugene, after advancing out of the semifinals with a time of 4:10.62 โฆ moved out of NCAA Prelims with a quick 4:06.74 in the quarterfinals to take fourth in her heat in College Station โฆ missed Big Ten outdoors to manage her health โฆ had dominant victories to start the outdoor season with PRs at 800m and 1,500m, first winning the Stanford Invite 1500m by seven seconds in 4:07.32, then running a 800m PR of 2:00.52 to win the Stanford Invite 800m by three seconds, and two weeks later she ran a 1,500m PR of 4:05.75 to win the Bryan Clay Invite by 1.5 seconds โฆ 800m PR ranks No. 3 in school history and 1,500m PR ranks No. 2 โฆ ran on second-place 4x1500m relay at Penn Relays and third-place 4x800m relay, splitting 2:01.35 in the 4x8 โฆ Summer: Competed at the World University Games in Germany for Team USA, reaching the finals of the 800-meters and placing seventh in 201.58 โฆ ran at the USATF Outdoor Championships on July 31, placing 18th overall in the 1,500-meters in 4:09.62.
2025 Indoors: Helped UW to an historic fourth-place team finish at NCAA Indoors, placing sixth in the mile final in 4:34.18, one spot behind teammate Amina Maatoug, for her first career podium finish โฆ advanced to the NCAA mile final by taking second in her prelim heat in 4:34.74 โฆ won her second conference title, and first in the Big Ten, taking the 800-meters at Big Ten Indoors in a thrilling finish in 2:03.27, coming from behind to win by just .02 seconds โฆ qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships for the second year in a row in the mile, dropping her PR own to 4:26.54 at the BU Terrier Last Chance Meet, just a tenth of a second behind teammate Amina Maatoug as they posted the two fastest miles in UW history โฆ another fast mile time of 4:28.90 at the UW Invitational โฆ led off the UW DMR that broke the School Record with the fourth-fastest time in NCAA history in 10:40.44 at the Husky Classic.
2024 Cross Country: Was an All-Big Ten First Team selection, leading the Huskies to second-place at the Big Ten Championships with a sixth-place finish in 19:34 โฆ also led the Huskies at Pre-Nationals, finishing 16th overall in 19:50 โฆ was sixth on the team at the NCAA Championships, finishing 183rd overall โฆ earned All-West Region honors with a 19th-place finish at Regionals, third on the squad โฆ helped UW win the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invite with a 29th-place finish, fourth on the team.

2023 Cross Country: Breakout season as she was the first or second finisher at every race for the Huskies, helping the team win a Pac-12 title and earn a top-10 NCAA finish โฆ at her first NCAA Championships, was the top Husky finisher, placing 47th overall in 20:09 to help the team finish 8th overall โฆ an All-Pac-12 First Team finisher as she was seventh at the conference meet in 19:34, second on the team, to help UW win its first Pac-12 title since 2009 โฆ led the squad at NCAA West Regionals, finishing 13th overall in 19:47 to earn All-West Region โฆ the top Dawg at the Wisconsin Invitational, finishing 40th overall in 20:39 โฆ opened the season with an 18th-place finish, second on the squad, at the Virginia Invitational, helping UW take fourth in a loaded field โฆ earned a spot on the Pac-12 Fall Academic Honor Roll โฆ named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

2022 Cross Country:ย Raced three times in her first fall, finishing at the Pac-12 Championships, where she finished 44th overall and ninth on the Huskies in 20:22 โฆ in her collegiate debut, scored for the Dawgs at the Cowboy Jamboree, finishing 52nd overall and fourth on the squad in 21:20 โฆ also ran at the Wisconsin Invite, placing 212th overall and eighth on the team.
High School and Personal: Born in Portland, Oregon โฆ parents are Jeff and Jane Foerster โฆ has a twin sister, Sophia โฆ graduated high school Magna Cum Laude and part of the National Honor Society, and was a Mock Trial Club member โฆ won OSAA Award for Exemplary Display of Sportsmanship, Ethics, and Integrity โฆ 2021 nominee for USA Today Cross Country and Track & Field Runner of the year โฆ the Oregon State record-holder in the mile run when she went 4:40.27 at the 2022 Arcadia Invitational โฆ swept the Oregon 800m and 1,500m State titles in 2022, winning the 800m in 2:09.60 and the 1500m in 4:24.39, which was a state meet record โฆ also anchored 4x400m relay to second at state โฆ also won the Oregon 6A state 800-meters title as a junior in 2021 in 2:05.66 and as a freshman in 2019, sweeping the meet during her career as no meet was held in 2020 โฆ fourth at the Brooks PR Invite in 2021 in 2:05.94 โฆ set 800m high school best of 2:05.27 at the 2021 Portland Track Festival.
