2026 Outdoors: Made major improvements to her PRs and earned first NCAA Prelims bid in the long jump … a career-best 20-8 long jump mark to take second at the Desert Heat Classic on May 2 in Tucson, going to No. 6 in UW history, and at the same meet had a triple jump PR of 40-9 1/2 to go to No. 7 in school history … at Big Ten Outdoors, had a wind-aided (+3.3) triple jump all conditions PR of 41-8 3/4, placing 12th overall, and was 16th in the long jump at 19-4 3/4 … at first NCAA Prelims, finished 35th in the long jump, going 19-9 1/2 … won the long jump at the outdoor opener, the Peyton-Shotwell Invite, going 20-3 3/4 … at the Stanford Invitational, went 19-7 in the long jump and won the collegiate section of the triple jump at 39-7 3/4 … earned Spring Academic All-Big Ten honors … garnered USTFCCCA All-Academic distinction.

High School and Personal: Born in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin … parents are Kerrie and Jarrod Washburn … Kerrie was a track & field standout for University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in the long and triple jumps from 1994-97 and in 2023 she was inducted into the UW-Oshkosh Athletics Hall of Fame … Jarrod Washburn had a 12-year Major League Baseball career for the Anaheim Angels, Seattle Mariners, at Detroit Tigers, winning 107 games as a starting pitcher and helping the Angels win the 2002 World Series when he won 18 games … has two older brothers, Jack and Owen, who both play collegiate baseball at Texas Tech … won five individual Wisconsin state titles at the D3 level winning the long jump and the 300m hurdles as a senior in 2023, and winning the 100m hurdles, long jump, and triple jump as a junior in 2022 while taking second in the 300m hurdles … also a standout volleyball player, earning West-Lakeland All-Conference First Team in 2021 and 2022, and was a three-time All-State honorable mention … was president of the student council, president of the business club, member of yearbook club and Spanish club, and National Honor Society V.P. … named to Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association All-Academic Team.
