2020 (Indoor Track; Outdoor Season Canceled): Competed unattached during the indoor season while waiting to use her final year of outdoor eligibility, but did not get the chance as the COVID-19 pandemic canceled the outdoor season … raced at four meets indoors, with a 200-meters season-best of 25.24, and a 400-meters season-best of 57.08, both at the UW Last Chance Meet.
2019: A Pac-12 scorer on both the 4x100m and 4x400m relays and set PRs in the 200m and 400m … helped the 4x100m relay take seventh at Pac-12s in Tucson in 46.15 seconds and was sixth on the 4x400m relay in a season-best 3:40.16 … ran a 200-meters PR of 24.51 at the Ken Shannon Invite for third … lowered her 400-meter PR to 56.21 at the Beach Invitational … won the 200-meters at the UW-WSU Dual in 25.12 and was second in the 400-meters and ran on the victorious 4x1 in a season-best 45.87 … indoors, had a season-best 60-meters of 7.79 at the Husky Classic for third … ran an indoor 200m season-best of 25.39 at the Last Chance Elite Meet.
2018: Raced at both conference championships indoors and out and stepped up to the 400-meters for the first time … ran on the 4x100m relay squad that took sixth at Pac-12s in 46.71 and was 22nd in the 400m in 57.57 … scored a point in the UW-WSU Dual taking third in the 400m in 56.92 … ran on the fastest 4x100m relay squad of the season, which ran 45.66 at the Trojan Invitational, the No. 7 time in school history … indoors, ran 56.98 in her first 400-meters at the UW Indoor Open … was 27th in the 60m at the MPSF Championships in 7.67 seconds and 31st in the 200m in 25.03 … season-best 60m time of 7.62 at the UW Invitational.
2017: One of the top short sprinters on the squad indoors and outdoors in her first season as a Husky … was the lead-off leg for every 4x100-meter relay the Huskies ran all season, three of which posted new marks on the UW top-10 lists … fastest 4x100m relay of the year came in a victory in the Mt. SAC Relays open section as the group ran 45.34 for fourth in school history … the 4x1 relay qualified for the Pac-12 Championships final with the third-best time at 45.50 but the group did not finish in the final after a baton drop … in the open 100-meters at Pac-12s, she placed 12th with a time of 11.92 seconds in the prelims … fastest 100-meters was a wind-aided 11.72 (2.4) at the Texas Relays … another wind-aided 11.85 time (2.4) at the Beach Invitational, placing 14th … led off the relay that took the win at the UW-WSU Dual in 45.51 seconds … indoors, made the Husky top-10 list at both 60-meters and 200-meters … at the MPSF Championships, placed 16th in the 60-meter dash in 7.55 seconds and was 10th at 200-meters in 24.73 seconds … ran a 60-meters PR in the first meet of the season, as she ran 7.54 seconds in two straight rounds at the UW Indoor Preview, going to No. 9 on the top-10 list … 200-meters best was 24.72 at the Husky Classic where she was third overall, going to No. 10 in school history … made the 60m final at the UW Invitational, taking seventh, after running a best of 7.59 in the qualifying round.
2016 (At Washington State): Ran a full indoor season, focusing on the 60-meter dash … competed at the MPSF Championships in the Dempsey, finishing 20th overall with a time of 7.68 … had a season-best time of 7.61 seconds at the Don Kirby Open … third at the Cougar Indoor 60-meters in 7.71 seconds … had a best 200-meter time of 25.59 seconds at the Don Kirby … redshirted the outdoor season.
High School and Personal: Born in Seattle … mother is Alba Suarez and father is Brian Stavig … has one younger sister, Lauren … both parents attended Washington … a four-time individual Washington 4A state finalist in the sprints … as a senior in 2015, was third at the state championships in the 100-meters in 12.28 seconds and fifth in the 200m in 25.48 … ran a 100m PR of 11.81 seconds at the 2015 Pasco Invite and also ran her 200m PR at that meet, going 24.91, to be named Outstanding Female Athlete of the Meet … the 2015 KingCo 200m champ and runner-up at 100m, and won the KingCo 100m title as a junior and the 200m title as a sophomore … was the 100-meters state runner-up as a junior in 2014 … ran a 7.60-second 60-meter time at the 2015 Simplot Games in Idaho … a US Army Reserve National Scholar Athlete.
