2025 Outdoor Track: Impressive outdoor campaign, climbing to No. 3 in Husky history in the 1,500-meters, scoring at Big Tens, and helping UW win a Penn Relays title β¦ fastest 1,500m came just after the collegiate season, at the Portland Track Festival, running 3:36.86 β¦ in-season fastest 1,500m was 3:38.24 at the Bryan Clay Invite, taking second in the invite section β¦ made the Big Ten Outdoors 1,500m final and took seventh in 3:54.81 in a tactical race β¦ helped UW capture the 4xMile Championship of America at the Penn Relays for the first time, splitting a 4:01.81 mile on the third leg β¦ finished 31st overall in the 1,500m at West Prelims β¦ a USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.
2025 Indoor Track: Earned All-America honors on the Husky distance medley relay to cap off a great indoor season β¦ at NCAA Indoors in Virginia Beach, ran the opening 1,200m leg on the DMR that finished 11th in 9:31.11 for Second Team All-America β¦ dropped his mile PR to 3:57.50 at the Husky Classic, finishing second overall β¦ eighth in the mile final at Big Ten Indoors after going sub-four in the prelims in 3:59.82 β¦ also went sub-four at Mile City, going 3:58.15 β¦ ran a 3,000m PR of 7:54.33 at the UW Invitational.
2024 Cross Country: Ran three times in the fall β¦ raced at UWβs first trip to the Big Ten Championships, placing 62nd overall and eighth on the squad in 23:53 β¦ was the No. 2 scorer for the squad at Pre-Nationals, finishing 89th overall in 23:46 β¦ the fifth Husky finisher to cap the scoring at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invite, placing 79th overall β¦ named to the Fall Academic All-Big Ten Team.
2024 Track At Cornell: Reached the NCAA East Prelims in the 5,000-meters, placing 25th overall β¦ was fourth in the 5k at the Ivy League Championships in 13:53.15 β¦ ran a 5k PR of 13:50.31 at the Raleigh Relays β¦ indoors, was third in the 5k and fifth in the 4k at the Ivy League Indoor meet β¦ set a 3,000-meters PR of 8:00.17 at the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener.
2023 Cross Country At Cornell: Earned All-Region honors with a 20th-place finish at Northeast Regionals β¦ was sixth at the Ivy League XC Champs in 24:09 β¦ fourth at the Battle In Beantown in 23:54 β¦ won the Yellowjacket Invitational 8k in 24:55.

2023 Track At Cornell: Placed sixth in the 1,500-meters final at Ivy League Outdoors, and was part of the winning 4x800m relay β¦ third in the 1,500m Stanford Invite in 3:43.00 β¦ at the Ivy League Indoor Championships, was second in the mile and second in the 4x800m relay β¦ lowered mile PR at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invite, running 3:58.24 β¦ ran first sub-four mile at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge, clocking 3:58.90.
2022 Cross Country At Cornell: Qualified as an individual for the NCAA Championships, placing 109th overall in a time of 30:19 β¦ earned NCAA ticket with a 10th-place finish at Northeast Regionals, earning All-Region β¦ fifth at the Ivy League Heptagonals, leading the squad β¦ second at the IC4A/ECAC Championships in 24:02.

2021 Cross Country At Cornell: Placed 31st overall at the conference championship β¦ at NCAA Northeast Regionals, finished 77th overall β¦ got a victory at the R.K. Munsey Invitational in 25:08 for 8k β¦ 20th at the Lehigh Paul Short Run in first cross country race.
