2019-20 (Indoor Track; Outdoor Season Canceled): Did not compete during the indoor season ... (Cross Country): Ran three times in the fall, finishing with a 70th-place finish in the open race at Pre-Nationals … was seventh overall and third on the squad at the John Payne Invite at Chambers Bay in 25:01 … placed 124th overall at the Battle In Beantown, seventh on the squad.
2018-19 (Track): Made a move to the steeplechase and it paid off as he scored at the Pac-12 Championships for the first time and advanced to the NCAA West Preliminaries … the seventh-place finisher at the Pac-12 Championships in Tucson, running a time of 9:11.11 in the steeple … finished 23rd at his first NCAA Prelims in Sacramento, crossing in 8:55.58 … set a personal-best in the steeplechase at the Cardinal Classic with a fifth-place finish in 8:55.53 … first steeplechase came at the UW-WSU Dual where he was fourth in 9:18.75 despite a fall … ran just once indoors, setting a PR in the mile at the UW Indoor Preview with a time of 4:07.72 ...
