2025 Outdoor Track: Raced once during the outdoor season, finishing fifth in the steeplechase at the OSU High Performance Meet, clocking 9:06.79 … named a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar as well as earning Spring Academic All-Big Ten honors.
2025 Indoor Track: Raced four times indoors, all unattached … opened with a 3,000m PR of 8:01.46 at the UW Preview … ran a mile PR of 4:03.69 at the UW Invitational.
2024 Cross Country: Ran twice during the fall … competed at UW’s first trip to the Big Ten Championships, placing 107th overall and 11th on the squad … at Pre-Nationals, finished 160th overall in 24:23, the No. 4 Husky scorer … named to the Fall Academic All-Big Ten Team.
2024 Track: Set several personal-bests and raced at the Pac-12 Track Championships … at Pac-12s, placed 18th in the 1,500-meters and 22nd in the 5,000-meters … opened his outdoor season with a PR in the 5,000-meters at the Stanford Invitational, clocking 14:04.31 … a 1,500m personal-best of 3:47.76 at the Bryan Clay Invite on Apr. 13 … went 14:06.36 for the 5k at the Payton Jordan Invite … indoors, had a 3,000-meters PR of 8:07.43 at the Husky Classic … also ran the 3k at the UW Invitational in 8:12.78.
2023 Cross Country: Made his official Husky debut in the season-opener at the Virginia Invitational and scored for the team as the No. 4 Husky, crossing in 136th-place overall … also scored at the Wisconsin Invitational, finishing 218th overall as the No. 5 Husky … at his first Pac-12 Championships, was 39th overall and ninth on the squad in 24:07.
2023 Track: Redshirted the season, competing four times unattached during the indoor season … ran the 3k three times, getting progressively faster, with a best time of 8:11.46 at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Invite … ran one mile at the UW Indoor Preview, going 4:16.63.
