2015: Competed in just two meets on the year, the first two of the indoor season โฆ ran a best 60m hurdles time of 8.99 seconds at the UW Invitational โฆ ran 400m leg on a DMR that went 10:00.16 at the UW Invitational.
2014: Ran a full season indoors and out, focusing on the 60m hurdles indoors and the 110m hurdles and 400m hurdles outdoors โฆ outdoors, ended his season with a PR and a win at the Ken Shannon Invitational, as he took the 400m hurdles in a time of 54.21 seconds โฆ also took second in the 400m hurdles at the Washington Open in 54.48 seconds โฆ fourth in the 400m hurdles at the UW-WSU Dual and seventh in the 110m hurdles โฆ top 110m hurdles time of 14.98 seconds at the Oregon Preview โฆ indoors, ran at the MPSF Championships, taking 14th in the 60m hurdles in a season-best time of 8.23 seconds โฆ first Husky race was a ninth-place 60m hurdles finish in 8.32 seconds at the UW Indoor Preview.
High School and Personal: Born in Portland, Oregon โฆ parents are Dawn and Gordon Liebel โฆ has one older brother, Logan, and one younger sister, Brenna โฆ one of the top all-around hurdlers in recent Washington state history, capturing the 2A state title at 110m hurdles in 2013, and taking second in the 300m hurdles finals โฆ smashed the state meet record in 2013 with a time of 14.17 seconds despite a -1.7 headwind โฆ second-place finish in the 300m hurdles in 2013 was also faster than the previous meet record as he ran a PR of 37.53 seconds โฆ broke the 14-second mark in the high hurdles at the district meet, clocking 13.98 for the win โฆ also was runner-up at state on the 4x400m relay in 2013 and made the finals on the 4x100m relay โฆ as a junior in 2012, was second in the 110m hurdles at state, third in the 300m hurdles and second in the 4x400m โฆ made state in both hurdles events for the first time as a sophomore, and had the first of three straight runner-up 4x400m relay finishes โฆ won the USATF Regionals at 110m hurdles in July, 2013, running 14.44 โฆ ran 14.03 seconds to win the 110m hurdles at the Track City International Classic and ran the 400m hurdles in 54.2 seconds for second โฆ also competed frequently in the high jump with a best of 6-2 โฆ lettered two years in football.
