2024: Set PRs indoors and out in the triple jump in her final season, scored for the first time at Pac-12s and reached first career NCAA Prelims … got fifth-place in the triple jump at the Pac-12 Championships, leaping 41-3 ¼ … had a career-best mark of 41-7 at the Fresno State Invite to go to No. 3 in school history … took fifth at the Mt. SAC Relays with a best of 41-1 ¾ … finished 44th overall at the NCAA West Prelims with a mark of 40-6 ¼ … second at the Brutus Hamilton Invite, jumping 40-10 ¼ … indoors, opened the season with a PR, going 40-2 ¾ to go to sixth in school history … went 39-11 ¼ at the Ken Shannon Last Chance meet … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors and a spot on the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2023: Had a season-best triple jump outdoors of 40-7 ¾ at the Stanford Invitational to take seventh … went 39-11 ¼ in the triple jump at the Fresno State Invite … competed at Pac-12s but did not land a legal triple jump … indoors, tied her PR with a mark of 40-0 at the Husky Classic for the event win … also had an indoor long jump PR of 18-10 at the Husky Classic … landed a 39-10 ½ triple at the UW Invitational for second … named to the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2022: Redshirted the season ... a Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll member.
2021: The top triple jumper on the squad in her first season, competing at the Pac-12 Championships and making the Husky top-10 list … set a PR of 40-8 ¼ at the Jim Bush Legends Invite to win the event and go to No. 6 in school history … was 13th at the Pac-12 Championships in the triple jump, going 40-7 ½ … won the long jump at the UW-WSU Dual with a wind-aided season-best of 40-11 ¾ and was third in the long jump at a season’s best of 19-0 … third in the triple jump at the Jim Click Shootout at 40-3 ½ and long jumped 18-6 … indoors, won all three triple jump competitions in the Dempsey, with a best mark of 40-0 at the UW Indoor Preview, good for the No. 8 mark in school history … made the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.
High School and Personal: Born in Missoula, Montana … parents are Jennifer and Jared Heggen … has one older sister, Taylor, and one older brother, Slade … Slade played baseball at Oregon and Gonzaga and father wrestled at Yale … broke the Montana state record in the triple jump in 2019 as a junior with a leap of 40-7 1/2 … did not get to compete as a senior due to Covid-19 pandemic … won Montana state titles in the triple jump as a junior and a sophomore and was second as a freshman … won the 2019 Simplot Games triple jump with a mark of 39-10 1/4 … eighth at the 2019 New Balance Indoor Nationals triple jump … took seventh at the 2018 USATF National Junior Olympic Championships with a triple jump of 39-4 3/4 … another Montana state title in the 100m hurdles as a sophomore … two-time USATF All-American and named USATF Best Female Athlete in Montana two times … competed at level 9 gymnastics until the age of 15 … a three-time national DECA qualifier.
