2024 All-America Second Team (Distance Medley Relay)
NCAA Record-Holder in Distance Medley Relay
2024: Earned All-America honors indoors on the DMR, and moved to the 400-meter hurdles outdoors โฆ ran at the Pac-12 Championships, taking 16th in the 400m hurdles in 1:00.84, and was 10th on the 4x400m relay in an altitude-converted 3:39.52, the No. 8 time in school history โฆ broke 60-seconds in the 400m hurdles for the first time at the Brutus Hamilton Invite, going 59.40 for third โฆ ran the DMR 400-meter leg at the Penn Relays, as the Huskies took fourth in 10:53.26 โฆ indoors, part of the NCAA Record-setting distance medley relay, running the 400-meter leg, at the Terrier DMR Challenge, as the Huskies broke their own collegiate record with a time of 10:43.39 โฆ at the NCAA Indoor Championships, took 11th on the DMR for Second Team All-America honors โฆ opened the year with a 400-meters PR of 55.07, the No. 5 time in school history โฆ won the 400m at the UW Invitational in 55.52 โฆ part of the winning 4x400m relay at the Husky Classic in 3:43.77, the No. 6 time in school history โฆ named to the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2023: Focused on the 200m and 400m in her freshman season, running at the Pac-12 Championships on the 4x400m relay โฆ helped the Husky 4x4 finish 10th in 3:43.75 โฆ season-best 400m of 56.19 at the Mt. SAC Relays โฆ top 200-meter time was 25.00 at the Aztec Invitational โฆ indoors, closed with season-best times of 25.07 (200m) and 56.20 (400m) at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Invite in the Dempsey โฆ second in the 400-meters at the Husky Classic in 56.21 โฆ collegiate debut at the Spokane Invitational on Dec. 10, running 25.68 for 200-meters.
High School and Personal: Born in Torrance, Calif. โฆ parents are Andrea and David Terrell โฆ father played basketball at UC Davis from 1991-94 โฆ California State 400-meter finalist in 2021, taking seventh โฆ ran a best 400m time of 56.48 to take second at 2021 CIF-SS โฆ a sprinter with range, Terrell moved up to 800-meters and down to 200-meters frequently โฆ also lettered in cross country, and was part of three state championship squads.
