2022-23 (Track): Another strong outdoor season after overcoming some bumps and bruises that limited her indoors … only had one individual race outdoors before Pac-12s, but qualified for NCAA West Prelims and went on to make the 1,500m final at the Canadian Outdoor Championships … ran a season-best 4:15.42 in the Canadian Nationals final, placing seventh overall … at West Prelims, finished 29th in the 1,500m in 4:20.76 … was 13th in the 1,500m at Pac-12s, just missing the final, in 4:20.72, and was ninth in the 5,000-meters in 16:34.18 … ran a leg on the 4x800m relay at the Penn Relays, helping UW finish second-place, splitting 2:07.50 … won her section of the 1,500m at the Harry Jerome Classic in July in 4:16.13 … first race outdoors was at the Payton Jordan Invite on Apr. 22, running 4:18.04 … only raced once indoors at the first Dempsey meet, going 4:38.15 for a mile at the UW Indoor Preview then coming back to run the 800m in 2:07.97 … named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... 2019-20 (Indoor Track; Outdoor Season Canceled): First track season after a redshirt year, focused on the 800-meters and made the top-10 lists … ran a 800m PR of 2:08.19 at the MPSF Championships to finish 11th, with the ninth-fastest time in school history … also ran on the 4x400m relay at MPSFs that was 10th in 3:47.40 … also ran the 800-meters at the UW Invitational in 2:08.53 … opened the season with a 600-meters time of 1:31.77, the No. 3 time in school history, at the UW Indoor Preview … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors ... (Cross Country): Raced twice in the fall, starting with a 40th-place finish at the John McNichols Invite as the No. 6 Husky in 17:46 … also ran at the Joe Piane Invite, finishing 139th and eighth on the squad.
2018-19 (Track): Redshirted her first season on the track ... (Cross Country): Raced four times in her freshman fall, including a run at the Pac-12 Championships where she finished 78th overall … traveled to Pre-Nationals in Wisconsin and ran in the B race, finishing 27th-place as she had the best finish of any runner in the field … at the Stanford Invite was 53rd overall and the No. 7 runner on the squad.
High School and Personal: Born in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada … parents are Mandy and Tyler Heisterman … has one younger brother, Keaton … a strong senior season on the track, taking second in the B.C. High School Championships at 800-meters in 2:12.59 and third in the 1,500-meters in 4:38.66 … ran the 800-meters at the 2017 Mt. SAC Relays in 2:12.80 and at the 2017 Bryan Clay Invite in 2:11.83, and set a career-best time of 2:09.83 in 2016 … owns a best 1,500-meter time of 4:30.34 … in February of 2016, Heisterman visited UW's Dempsey where she ran the mile at the UW Indoor Open in 4:55.52 … took sixth at the 2017 B.C.
