2016: Competed at two meets outdoors and four meets indoors in a variety of events … was fourth in the javelin at the UW-WSU Dual Meet, throwing a PR of 110-0 … had an outdoor best in the high jump of 4-11 at the Ken Shannon Invite and also threw the javelin, ran 200-meters, and long jumped … indoors, completed a pentathlon at the UW Invitational, scoring 2,657 points.
2015: Competed in the multi-events during the indoor season … completed three events in the pentathlon at the UW Invitational but fouled in the long jump and did not finish … ran 10.06 seconds for the 60m hurdles in the UW Invite pentathlon, and had a shot put of 28-0 and a high jump of 4-8 ¼ … ran the 60m hurdles at the Husky Classic, finishing in 10.11 … did not compete outdoors.
2014: Improved her personal-bests across the board and competed in the MPSF Championships … set a pentathlon PR in the MPSF meet, scoring 3,023 points to finish 18th overall … also scored 2,986 points in a pentathlon at the UW Invitational, also finishing 18th … outdoors had a long jump PR of 15-6 at the Washington Open, and a javelin PR of 100-4 … set a 100m hurdles best of 16.16 at the Oregon Preview.
2013: Competed in the multi-events during a full indoor season, then redshirted the outdoor season … indoors, completed her first pentathlon at the UW Invitational, scoring 2,689 points to finish 28th … best individual event in the pentathlon was the 800-meters, where she was 19th in 2:34.52 … competed once unattached outdoors at the Ken Shannon Invite, running 16.27 in the 100m hurdles and long jumping 14-6.
High School and Personal: Born in Portland, Oregon ... parents are Mary and Daryl Baron ... has one older brother, Quinn ... a multi-event specialist and multi-sport letterwinner, also earning three letters in basketball, one in volleyball, and four in cross country ... four times won Junior Olympic heptathlon titles from 2010 to 2012 ... placed 14th in the heptathlon at the 2012 Junior Olympic National Championships ... named high school athlete of the year from sophomore through senior years ... won the Oregon 3A state title in 2012 in the 100m hurdles, and was third in the 300m hurdles ... also qualified for the state meet in the long jump, triple jump, high jump, and 4x400m relay during her career ... was student body president her senior year ... school record-holder in the 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, and heptathlon ... a four-year West Valley League Scholar Athlete, graduating with a 3.96 GPA.
