
Washington Faces Golden Gophers For Final Road Game

SEATTLE – The Washington women's basketball team (16-12, 7-9 Big Ten) will continue the Midwest road trip at Minnesota Wednesday, Feb. 26.
Wednesday's game will be streamed on B1G+ at 5 p.m. PT. Jason Dorow will call the action for the Huskies on KPTR-AM.
This will mark the sixth time these two teams have met and the first time since 2006. Minnesota won the first ever matchup on Feb. 26, 1982, and since then, the Huskies have won four of the last five.
Washington enters Wednesday's game leading the league in field goal percentage (49.2%), three-point percentage (38.8%), and free throw percentage (84.4%) through 16 B1G games.

The Dawgs look to build on their two-game win streak, as Washington has taken down Rutgers at home and most recently defeated Nebraska 83-62 in Lincoln.
Elle Ladine reached 1,000 career points at Nebraska after dropping 28 points in her second straight game. Across the last two games, Ladine has averaged 28.0 points on 62.9 percent shooting, 5.5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game.
Dalayah Daniels recorded her 25th career double-double, and seventh of the season, helping the Huskies beat Nebraska with 21 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, and five steals.
The Dawgs outscored the Cornhuskers 21-5 in the third quarter, including a 15-0 run to end the frame. UW shot 54.7 percent from the field in the game and committed a season-low five turnovers.
