
Huskies Conclude Road Trip At Michigan

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Washington women's basketball team (12-5, 3-2 Big Ten) wraps up its two-game conference road trip with a trip to Ann Arbor on Wednesday, taking on Michigan at 4 p.m. PT at the Crisler Center.
Alex Miller and Jaden Fode will call the game on B1G+. Gary Hill will call the action on 1090 KPTR-AM.
This is the seventh overall time these two teams have met and just the second time in 20 years.
LAST TIME OUT
Sayvia Sellers recorded her sixth 20-point game of the season at then-No. 20 Michigan State, finishing with a game-high 21 points, two assists, three steals, and a block.
Elle Ladine added 17 for the Huskies, her 13th game this season in double figures, including her 800th career point.
Stines chipped in 11 points to go along with four rebounds, two assists, and a steal.
The Huskies recorded 16 assists on 22 made field goals.
SCOUTING REPORT
For the first time in six weeks, the Wolverines have fallen out of the AP Top-25 and are unranked headed into week 11.
UW and Michigan are 3-3 all-time, as the two teams have not met since 2018. The other five matchups between the two all came before 2005.
The Wolverines are led by 13th year head coach Kim Barnes Arico, who is the winningest coach in program history. She led the Wolverines to a 20-14 season in 2023-24, including a trip to the Big Ten Tournament semifinals where Michigan fell 95-68 to the eventual NCAA runners-up Iowa Hawkeyes.
Michigan is 11-5 to start the 2024-25 season and 2-3 in Big Ten play, including wins over Purdue and Northwestern.
