2022-23 (Track): An All-America Second Team recipient in her one season with the Dawgs, making the NCAA Outdoor steeplechase final and placing 10th overall ... signed a pro contract after the NCAA season with Brooks and made pro debut at the USATF Outdoor Championships, making the steeplechase finals and placing 12th in 9:43.06 ... earned her spot at Nationals in Austin with a second-place finish in her West Prelims steeplechase quarterfinal heat, running a season-best time of 9:45.72 … steeple time ranked No. 4 in UW history … at the Pac-12 Championships, took third in the steeple in 9:54.77 and then came back to earn fifth-place in the 5,000-meters in 16:24.63 to score 10 total points for the squad … won her first steeple of the season at the Stanford Invite, going 9:48.44 … also ran 9:46.22 to take third in the Bryan Clay Invite steeple … ran on the Husky 4x1500m relay at the Penn Relays, splitting 4:20 as the team finished third … a season-best 5k of 15:58.15 at the Payton Jordan Invite … did not have remaining indoor eligibility but competed several times in the Dempsey unattached … ran a 3,000-meters best of 8:58.93 at the Husky Classic and had a mile time of 4:39.93 at the UW Invitational … back in November, ran at the USATF 5k Road Championships in New York, placing 13th in a time of 15:56 ... did not have remaining cross country eligibility ... named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
2021-22 (Track At Yale): One of the top runners in the NCAA in 2022, finishing as NCAA runner-up in the steeplechase in a blazing time of 9:25.08, the third-fastest time in NCAA history, for First Team All-America honors … continued on to the U.S. Outdoor Championships, reaching the steeplechase final and placing 10th … ran a 1,500-meters PR of 4:12.12 at the Princeton Invitational … won the Ivy League steeplechase in 9:53.70 as well as the 5,000-meters in 16:57.56 … named USTFCCCA Northeast Region Outdoor Women’s Track Athlete of the Year … was a Second Team All-American indoors in the 5,000-meters, placing 15th at NCAA Indoors … qualified for NCAAs with a 5k PR of 15:36.66 at the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Opener … won the Ivy League 3,000-meters in a PR of 9:09.19 … a CoSIDA Academic All-American … (Cross Country At Yale): A cross country All-American, finishing 10th at the NCAA Championships in a time of 19:37 … won the Ivy League XC title in 20:08 … was runner-up at Northeast Regionals in 20:28 and was USTFCCCA Northeast Region Athlete of the Year … won the Panorama Farms XC Invite in 16:39 for 5k.
2020-21 (At Yale): Season canceled due to Covid-19 … competed at the U.S. Olympic Trials held in 2021, placing 11th in the steeplechase.
2019-20 (Track At Yale): Won the Ivy League Indoor Championship at 3,000-meters in 9:29.74 and was second on the DMR in the final meet before the pandemic canceled the remainder of the indoor and outdoor seasons … had a season-best 3k of 9:15.52 and season-best mile of 4:48.07 (Cross Country At Yale): The Ivy League cross country champion, winning Heps in 20:45 … was 19th at the Northeast Regional … 13th at Pre-Nationals in 20:31.
2018-19 (Track At Yale): Qualified for NCAA East Prelims in the steeplechase, placing 20th overall in 10:23.82 … was the Ivy League Outdoor runner-up in the steeple in 10:13.52 … indoors, was third in the mile at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships and ran a season-best in the prelims of 4:47.13 … ninth in the 3k at Ivy League Indoors … (Cross Country At Yale): Placed 20th at NCAA Northeast Regionals … was ninth at the Ivy League XC Champs … finished 91st at Pre-Nationals at Wisconsin.
