
Dawgs Head to Vegas for Global Sports Classic

Washington (3-1) vs. Western Kentucky (3-1)
Following four-straight home games in Seattle, the Huskies hit the road for four-straight contests starting this weekend at the Global Sports Classic in Las Vegas. UW will face Western Kentucky on Friday, Nov. 25 at 5 p.m. at the Thomas and Mack Center, home of UNLV men's basketball. The Dawgs will then face either TCU or UNLV on Saturday at 5 or 7:30 p.m. Both games will be streamed on CampusInsiders.com with Tony Cordasco and Jevon Banks on the call. Additionally, fans can tune into KOMO 1000AM/97.7FM to hear Steve Sandmeyer and Jason Hamilton call the action. This will be the first meeting between W. Kentucky and Washington in program history.
The Coach
Head Coach Lorenzo Romar, in his 15th year at Washington, has amassed a 292-175 (.625) during his time in Seattle and an overall mark of 385-263 (.593) in 20 seasons. Romar, the longest tenured coach in the Pac-12, has taken the Huskies to the NCAA tournament six times including three Sweet 16 appearances.

• Sophomores David Crisp and Noah Dickerson each recorded career-highs in scoring against Long Beach State as Crisp knocked in a team-high 26 points and Dickerson added 23 on 8-of-11 shooting fromm the field.
• Sophomore Matisse Thybulle has upped his scoring average by over eight points from a year ago as he is now putting up 14.8 per game compared to 6.2 last season .. he is also shooting 55.6 percent from the field and 50.0 percent from 3-point range up from 39.7 percent and 36.6 percent a year ago, respectively.
• Fultz is just the third player in the Lorenzo Romar era to post back-to-back 30+scoring games joining Andrew Andrews (30 at ASU, 1/16/16 and 33 v. Colorado, 1/20/16) and Brandon Roy (35 v. ASU, 12/29/05 and 35 v.
