AT WASHINGTON
SOPHOMORE YEAR (2002-03) – Announced retirement from basketball following the season…will remain with the team as a student assistant for her senior year…suffered a torn ACL in her left knee just four days prior to NCAA First-Round game with Wisconsin-Green Bay…had reconstructive surgery to repair the ligament in April, her sixth knee surgery in the last four years…prior to the injury, had come off the bench in all previous 29 games…recorded team-high 15 blocks…reached double-figures in scoring twice…notched first career double-double with 11 points and a career-high 10 boards vs. North Carolina State… scored season-high 12 points vs. Oregon State (1/25), matching her career-high set twice in 2002…went 4-4 from the line in back-to-back games vs. Oregon State (1/25) and USC (1/30)…Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention selection.
FRESHMAN YEAR (2001-02) – Honored as Most Improved Player by teammates at season-end banquet ... played in all 31 games and started the final regular season game, an 88-80 victory over Oregon in Seattle ... played in all three WNIT games, scoring 12 points versus USC, leading UW to its third victory of the season over the Trojans ... scored 10 points on 5-of-7 from the field versus Indiana ... season-high 12 points versus UCLA ... also had six boards in that game ... season-best seven boards versus Oregon in Pac-10 Tournament ... sank a three pointer against North Texas ... finished the season with 20 blocks, second-best on the team.
REDSHIRT YEAR (2000-2001) – Had knee surgery prior to the season and used redshirt season ... returned to practice midway through the year.
AT PENDLETON HIGH SCHOOL
Four year varsity starter for the Bucks and coach Jon Peterson … … started every game heading into her senior season … led Pendleton to three runner-up finishes in the Intermountain Conference … four-time all-conference first team honoree … listed on several single-game record lists for Pendleton High, including: No. 3 in points (39, 1998) and No. 2 in rebounds (23, 1998) … holds top two spots for blocked shots in a game, with 10, once in 1998 and again in '99 … listed at No. 2 and No. 3 on single-season scoring list with 544 points in 1999 and 537 in '98 … No. 3 in rebounding with 253 in '99 … had 91 blocked shots in '99 and 89 in '98 to hold the top two spots in that category … No. 2 in career points with 1,495 over her four year career … totaled 799 rebounds to stand at No. 2 on the school's all-time list and had a career total of 303 blocks to stand at No. 1 … named to Oregon Girls' All-Star Team and played in the Northwest Shootout … earned all-state honorable mention honors … saw limited action as a senior after tearing her anterior cruciate ligament during a summer all-star camp … averaged 13.2 points and 7.8 rebounds as a senior as the team finished with a record of 15-11 … selected as Umatilla County Female Athlete of the Year for 2000 … was a finalist for the award three years prior … also a county scholar-athlete of the year finalist in 2000 … ranked among Oregon's Top 20 Female Scholar-Athletes for the class of 2000 … selected as Intermountain Conference player of the year as a sophomore and junior … three-year team Most Valuable Player … as a junior, was named to the Oregon 4A All-State Second Team … second in the division in scoring with 21.8 points per game … USA Today Girls Basketball Honorable Mention selection following sophomore and junior seasons … as a sophomore, earned 4A honorable mention honors and was the seventh-ranked scorer in the league …. named to numerous all-star teams, including the Northwest Select Team … as a freshman, was named to the Top Gun All-Star Tournament Team …earned 4A state tournament team sportsmanship award … also lettered in softball as a freshman and was named Most Improved … earned a varsity letter in soccer as a sophomore and received conference honorable mention honors as a goalkeeper … lettered in track and field as a junior and qualified for the state meet in the shot put after finishing second in the district.
