With Sunday's win, Washington is now 19-3 all-time against Boise State, including an 11-1 record when playing the Broncos at home.
After Boise State forced the Huskies into a quick 0-4 deficit at the 18:45 mark, Washington scored the next 15 points over a four minute stretch, led by 6 points from Laura McLellan and capped off by 5 straight points from freshman Kristi Kingma.
The Huskies held the Broncos scoreless for the final 9:44 of the first half, ending the period on a 15-0 run. Michelle Augustavo ended the run by banking in a 3-pointer to beat the halftime buzzer.
Washington forced the 18 Bronco turnovers in the first half alone, with those turnovers leading to 25 of the Huskies' 48 first half points. Washington finished the game with a 36-7 advantage in the points-off-turnovers category.
Junior forward/center Laura McLellan scored a game-high 15 points on 5-8 shooting. McLellan has scored in double-figures in each of the Huskies' opening three games, and has eclipsed the 10 point mark in five-straight games dating back to last season.
Freshman guard Kristi Kingma finished with a career-high 12 points on 5-13 shooting, including 2-4 from behind the arc. Kingma's 7 rebounds also marked a career-high, with her previous high of 4 coming against Gonzaga.
Junior guard Sami Whitcomb swiped seven of the Huskies' season-high 23 steals, a mark just two shy of her career-high nine steals set against Washington State on January 4, 2008.
Junior guard Christina Rozier scored a career-high 9 points to go along with a career-high 4 steals.
Freshman forward Mollie Williams also recorded career highs in points, 2, steals, 4, and blocks, 2.
Washington opened the second half on a 10-2 run spanning the first 6:13 of the second half, jumping out to their largest lead of 38, 58-20, with 13:47 remaining.
The Huskies will close out their three-game home stand with the first two games of the Husky Classic, opening with Seattle University on Friday, November 28th at 2 pm.
