2023: Continued to shine as one of the NCAA’s top all-around athletes, going over the 6,000 point mark for the first two times in her career, breaking her heptathlon School Record two more times and qualifying for a third-straight NCAA Outdoor Championships … an unfortunate premature end to her final NCAA Championship appearance, as she suffered an ankle injury in the warm-up for the heptathlon high jump and was forced to withdraw ... took second in the heptathlon at the Pac-12 Championships behind the overall NCAA leader, scoring 6,114 points for another School Record that also ranks No. 6 in Pac-12 history … in the Pac-12 multis, had a 100m hurdles PR of 13.26 seconds, improving her No. 3 mark in school history and had a wind-aided long jump PR of 19-9 ½ while winning the shot put at 47-2 ½ and the javelin at 169-3 … also was fourth in the open javelin at Pac-12s at 167-6 … first broke the 6,000 point barrier at the Mt. SAC Relays, where she scored 6,100 to go to No. 2 in the NCAA … at Mt. SAC, had PRs in both throws, going 48-4 in the shot and 171-7 in the javelin … indoors, competed at her first NCAA Indoor Championships, finishing eighth in the pentathlon to earn First Team All-America and raising her School Record to 4,266 points … at NCAAs in Albuquerque, had a 60m hurdles time of 8.23, a high jump OR of 5-8 ¾, and won the shot put at 46-0 ½ … first set the pentathlon School Record at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite, getting the win with 4,198 points, including a long jump PR of 19-10 ¾.
2022: The NCAA runner-up in the heptathlon, best ever by a Husky, improving on her fifth-place finish from the prior year, and earning a second First Team All-America honor … improved on her own school record at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, scoring 5,939 points to take second-place and score eight team points … at nationals, finished seventh or higher in every event except for the final 800m run … was seventh in the NCAA 100m hurdles in 13.54, then cleared a high jump PR of 5-7 ¾ for sixth, then was fourth in the shot put at 42-2 ¼, set a 200m PR of 23.81 for third, long jumped 19-6 ¾ for sixth, then won the javelin at 152-1, before running 2:31.65 for 800-meters … 200m time was No. 5 in school history … had a long jump PR of 19-8 ¾ at the UW-WSU Dual for second, and was second in the 100m hurdles in 13.57 … had another strong heptathlon at the Mt. SAC Relays, winning the competition with a score of 5,916 points … indoors, had personal-bests in the shot put (45-11 ¼ at the Husky Classic), the high jump (5-6 ½ at the Pac-12 Invitational) and the long jump (18-8 ½ at the UW Indoor Preview) … season-best 60m hurdles time of 8.31 was tops on the team … started pentathlon at Pac-12 Invite but did not complete the fifth event.
2021: Made her long-awaited debut in a Husky singlet and had a huge impact, breaking the School Record in the heptathlon and placing fifth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships for the best finish ever by a Husky … added two hundred points to her PR at the NCAA Championships, scoring 5,920 points to break the School Record and earn First Team All-America honors … in the NCAA heptathlon, opened with a 13.37 PR in the 100m hurdles, the third-fastest time in school history, high jumped 5-5 ¼ then won the shot put with a huge three-foot PR of 47-11 and then ran a collegiate best of 24.19 in the 200m; on day two long jumped 18-7 ¼, then won the javelin with a mark of 163-9, and ran an 800m PR of 2:34.34 … in her first collegiate heptathlon, took third at the Pac-12 Championships with a score of 5,659 points … after completion of day one of the Pac-12 heptathlon, competed in the open javelin throw and took fourth with a mark of 167-0 … qualified in two open events for the NCAA West Prelims, taking 24th overall in the javelin at 155-0 and 34th in the 100m hurdles in 13.47 … posted the No. 3 javelin throw in school history with a throw of 171-1 to win the Ken Shannon Invitational … won the javelin at the UW-WSU Dual going 165-5 and took second in the shot put … posted a long jump PR of 19-5 ½ at the Jim Bush Legends Invite, winning the event, and also won the 100m hurdles that day in 13.55 … opened the outdoor season with a then-PR in the javelin of 164-7, best by a Husky in 10 years … indoors, was on pace through four events at the Husky Classic to potentially qualify for NCAA Indoors in the pentathlon but did not run the final 800-meters … her 8.30 60m hurdles time from that pentathlon ranked No. 3 in school history and had indoor PRs of 5-4 ¼ in the high jump and 43-7 ¼ in the shot put.
2020 (Indoor Track; Outdoor Season Canceled): Redshirted the indoor season, competing at three meets unattached with some impressive marks … excelled in the 60m hurdles, running a season-best time of 8.20 at the UW Invitational that would have been the No. 2 time in school history if done in uniform … also won the UW Indoor Preview 60m hurdles in 8.24 and won the Husky Classic in 8.30 … also won the UW Invitational 60-meter dash in 7.42 seconds, which would have ranked sixth in school history … had a shot put best of 41-5 3/4 at the UW Invitational and a long jump best of 18-8 1/2.
2019: Joined the team for spring quarter and redshirted the season, but competed twice unattached … competed in a heptathlon at the Bryan Clay Invitational and took second in group four with 5,670 points, which would have been an NCAA Championships qualifier … the heptathlon at the Bryan Clay Invite was highlighted by wins in the 100m hurdles (13.60w), shot put (43-3), 200m (24.40w), and javelin (150-6) … did three events unattached at the Ken Shannon Invitational, winning the 100m hurdles in a wind-aided 13.46, winning the 200-meters in a wind-legal 24.28, and taking second in the shot put with a PR of 45-0 1/4 ... came to Washington after spending the first part of the 2018-19 academic year at the University of Kentucky, but did not compete.
