December 15, 2021 | Women's Basketball
SEATTLE – The University of Washington women's basketball team will host a teddy bear toss at Monday's, Dec. 20th game against Nevada, benefiting local children's hospitals.
The team is asking fans to bring teddy bears to the game to be thrown out onto the court at halftime. These donated bears will then be distributed to patients in children's hospitals in the Seattle area throughout the holiday season.
Fans can bring bears through any of the entrance locations at Alaska Airlines Arena and keep them in their seats until prompted to throw at halftime. Gates open at 1:00 p.m. for the general public on Monday and tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
The Husky family thanks you in advance for your support in giving back to those in need in our community!
Tickets for Monday's game against Nevada can be purchased at www.gohuskies.com/tickets, starting at just $10 for youth and seniors, and $15 for adults.
