Washington will be paired with Pepperdine, Vanderbilt and Auburn.

THE LINEUP: Competing for the Huskies will be senior Karen Miyamoto, sophomore Martha Lewis, freshman Brittany Kwon, senior Alice Duan and junior Rino Sasaki.
INDIVIDUAL WINS: Washington had a couple of individual winners during the fall season as Karen Miyamoto took home her first individual title and Rino Sasaki closed the season by winning the Pac-12 Preview at Nanea in Hawaii.
PAC-12 GOLFER OF THE MONTH: Following her victory at the Pac-12 Preview in November, junior Rino Sasaki was named the Pac-12 Golfer of the month. She capped the fall season by winning her first collegiate individual title. The junior matched her score on each day of 3-under 70 en route to a 9-under 210, her best three round score as a Husky on the difficult Nanea Golf Course. She finished with 13 birdies and a team-best 37 made pars. The junior didn't finish lower than 13th in any of the four tournaments she competed in during the fall campaign. Sasaki is the first Husky to take home the league's monthly honor since 2014-15 when Jennifer Yang picked up the award. Additionally, she joins Washington's Petr Hruby who earned Pac-12 Men's Golfer of the month today as well. It is the first time that Washington has swept the monthly awards for both men and women since March of 2014-15.
COUGAR CUP WIN: The Huskies opened the 2019-20 season at the Cougar Cup Classic in Pullman and brought home some hardware as senior Karen Miyamoto won her first collegiate individual title. Joining her those two in the top 25 was freshman Brittany Kwon who tied for 22nd at 1-over 217.

Sasaki played in all 12 events and finished second on the team in stroke average along with posting three top 10 finishes. She led the Dawgs at the NCAA Regionals finishing tied for second overall. Duan, who was new to the squad last season after transferring to UW, also competed in all 12 events, with two top 10 showings, while Miyamoto was a part of the lineup in seven events.
LAST SEASON: The Huskies concluded their 2018-19 season at the NCAA Championships, which marked their third appearance there in the last four seasons. UW finished 18th, not advancing to match play but continuing to make their presence known on the national scene. Washington posted a second-place finish at the NCAA Regionals hosted at one of their home courses and added two tournament wins, eight top five efforts during the season.
