
Lim Leads Huskies As Season Wraps At Big Tens

GLENDALE, Calif. – The Dawgs concluded play Sunday at the Big Ten Women's Golf Championships at Oakmont Country Club, finishing tied for 14th at +65 par through 54 holes.
Carmen Lim led the Huskies for the third consecutive day, closing with a round score of 74 strokes to finish at nine-over for the tournament. She landed in a tie for 22nd, ending with the best finish among Washington's five players and a top-25 finish in the Big Ten Championships.
Amber Li was runner-up in the lineup for Washington, finishing at +16 for the tournament in a tie for 55th overall.
Wendy Tang made her way up the ranks carding a final round score of 77 to finish at +22 placing 70th for the tournament.
Athena Ni finished tied for 72nd at +23, while Mads Smith rounded out the Husky lineup at +25 in a tie for 77th.
"Today was not the score we were hoping to post but I'm proud of our team for their effort, belief in the process, and their improvement as the year went on," said head coach Anna Temple. "Carmen led the way for the team and it's been great to see her development over the course of her career. We're returning a strong nucleus next year and we're excited to get back at it!"
