September 25, 2018 | Women's Soccer
SEATTLE – After opening Pac-12 play in Los Angeles, the Washington Huskies return to the friendly confines of Seattle this week for a fight for Pacific Northwest superiority. Washington will host Oregon State and Oregon this weekend, looking to get in the win column in Pac-12 play.
Thursday's game against Oregon State will be Dawg Pack Appreciation Night, recognizing the amazing Husky fans from the student body that support the team throughout the year.
The Huskies enter this weekend with a 5-3-1 record, having scored in all but one game thus far in 2018. The Huskies are 1-1-1 at home so far this season. Last year, Washington went undefeated against the Oregon schools, tying Oregon State and beating Oregon, both on the road. Overall, Washington is 32-11-6 against the two Oregon schools.

The last time Washington had five different players score in one game came on September 13, 2013, in another 5-0 win over Seattle U. The last time Washington scored more than five goals in a single came was in 2001, when they defeated Eastern Washington 7-0. The goals for Kennedy Smith and Asia Brisco were both their firsts since 2016, while Jessika Cowart and Laura Roberts each earned their first career assists. | ||

SHOOT-SCALE DUMESNIL | |
| Pascale Dumesnil's goal against Seattle U gave her a new career-high in points with six. Dumesnil now has a game-winning goal in each of the last three years: half of her six career goals have been gamewinners. She needs just one more point to reach 20 in her career, making her the only active Husky with 20+ points. | ||

500 DAYS OF SUMMER | |
| Summer Yates had her streak of six straight games with multiple shots come to a close this last weekend, though her streak of six games in a row with a shot on goal remains active. Yates now has 29 shots on the year, the most by a Husky freshman since Kelcie Hedge's 49 in 2015. She is the first Husky freshman since Annie Sittauer in 2010 to record a goal and an assist in the same game. | ||
