Pac-12 Play Begins In Los Angeles For Huskies

SEATTLE โ The Washington Huskies head into conference play this week carrying a four-game undefeated streak, having bested Seattle U 5-0 last week. Washington will head to Los Angeles to take on USC this weekend in the first Pac-12 action of the year. Over the last three games, the Huskies have outscored their opponents 9-2, with eight different Huskies scoring goals and five different Huskies recording assists.
Three more Huskies made their season debuts this last week, with Dani Hansen, Shae Holmes, and Tasia Kravitz making it an even ten new Huskies to take the field this year. Two of those newcomers have already scored multiple goals, with Summer Yates have scored three and Ruby Hellstromย two. Washington's newcomers have been a part of seven of their 16 goals thus far, making 14 combined starts.

| Pascale Dumesnil's goal against Seattle U gave her a new career-high in points with six. Dumesnil now has a game-winning goal in each of the last three years: half of her six career goals have been gamewinners. She needs just one more point to reach 20 in her career, making her the only active Husky with 20+ points. | ||

| Washington did not allow a single shot in the first half of the 5-0 win over Seattle U, its first time allowing no shots in a half since September 8, 2017 against Boise State. With nine shots of their own in the first half, Washington has now outshot opponents 69-22 in the first half of games this year. The Huskies have allowed only two first-half goals this year and have scored first in seven of their eight games. | ||
