Huskies Host UC Santa Barbara and Oregon This Week

SEATTLE – After hitting the road for the first time, No. 49 Washington men's tennis is back home for two matches, hosting UC Santa Barbara on Wednesday and No. 45 Oregon on Saturday.
Washington (10-7, 0-2 Pac-12) is fresh off of two road wins in San Diego heading into this week. The Huskies are also back in the ITA rankings at No. 49. Additionally, Senior Mitch Stewart represented the Dawgs by winning Pac-12 Player of the Week on Tuesday, the second of his career and the first of the year for UW.
UC Santa Barbara are 8-6 on the year, coming into Seattle after a loss at Oregon on Monday. The Gauchos have one player ranked by the ITA in singles, Nicolas Moreno de Alboran at No. 94.
Oregon is ranked No. 45 in the latest ITA rankings after winning three matches in a row. The Ducks are currently 12-5, 0-2 in Pac-12 play. They have one singles player ranked, No. 14 Thomas Laurent, and one doubles duo ranked, No. 36 Cormac Clissold and Laurent.
