
Dawgs Wrap Up Non-Conference Slate at Seattle Thursday

Washington (6-5) vs. Seattle U (7-5)
Washington concludes non-conference play and wraps up three games in five days as it will head across town to take on Seattle U at Key Arena on Thursday, Dec. 22 at 7 p.m. The game will be streamed on the WAC Digital Network. Additionally, fans can tune into KOMO 1000AM/97.7FM to hear Bob Rondeau and Jason Hamilton call the action. UW leads the all-time series 27-4 and have won the last 11 meetings dating back to Dec. 15, 1978.
The Coach
Head Coach Lorenzo Romar, in his 15th year at Washington, has amassed a 295-179 (.621) during his time in Seattle and an overall mark of 388-267 (.592) in 21 seasons. Romar, the longest tenured coach in the Pac-12, has taken the Huskies to the NCAA tournament six times including three Sweet 16 appearances.

• Since moving into the starting lineup seven games ago, sophomore Noah Dickerson has almost averaged a double-double with 10.0 points and 9.6 rebounds while shooting 44.2 percent from the field
• In the last four outings, Dickerson has been 22-of-24 from the FT line, getting to the stripe an average of six times in that span
• Dickerson has also upped his season rebounding average to 8.2 from 5.2 a year ago
• With his 121 career blocks, senior Malik Dime is in sole possession of fourth-place on UW's all-time blocks list, passing Aziz N'Diaye (2011-13) ... the school record is 189, held by Christian Welp (1984-87) ... Dime is 21 away from third (142-Todd MacCulloch, 1996-99)
• Sophomore Dominic Green has vastly improved his scoring average between his freshman and sophomore season, now putting up 9.5 per game compared to 2.7 a year ago ... he's surpassed his previous season points total against W. Michigan (2015-16-81 total points) as he is now at 105 points on the year
• Washington is currently tied for fourth in the NCAA in blocks averaging 7.1 per game ... Malik Dime is tied for 11th nationally with his 3.0 per outing ... the Huskies led the NCAA in blocks during the 2015-16 season.

Washington's 83.3 percent shooting from 3-point range at TCU (10-of-12) set the UW single-game record surpassing the previous mark of 76.9 percent (10-of-13) set on Jan. 21, 1996 and is currently tied for the best single-game showing in the NCAA this season. Not only did Washington score over 90 points in four-straight games for the first time since the 2005-06 season when they knocked in 99 vs .
