Huskies Lose to Michigan in Finals of Northwest Shootout

SEATTLE - - In the second day of play at the Great Northwest Shootout at the Nordstrom Tennis Center, the Washington men's tennis team, ranked 27 in the nation, lost 3-4 to Michigan(32). The Huskies record is now 5-2.
Freshman Ari Strasberg pulled out another win, defeating Danny McCain(UM), 6-2, 7-6(7). Junior Marius Lunde(100) defeated Ben Cox(UM) 6-3, 6-3.
Also in action today, Northwestern(74) defeated Tulsa(41) 6-0.
Next up for the Husky men is a match at Stanford on Friday, February 18 starting at 1:30 p.m.
