2017 (Senior)
- Started all 20 games, giving her 79 starts in her career (fifth in UW history)
- Scored two goals against Michigan State, her second career multi-goal game
- Scored the game-winner against #2 Florida
- Named the Husky Invitational Offensive MVP
- Scored a goal and added an assist against Seattle
- Had her third double-digit scoring year with 11 points
- Three assists gave her 13 in her career, good for seventh in UW history
2016 (Junior)
- Voted a team captain for the 2016 regular season
- Recorded her first goal of the season in UW's first match on a penalty kick at Portland
- Scored in the 58th minute of a 3-0 victory over Cal poly
- Converted a penalty kick at Seattle U to give the Huskies the 1-0 win
- Converted her third PK of the year in the 6th minute against Arizona
- Netted goals against SMU, Cal and Arizona State
- Named All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention
2015 (Sophomore)
- Appeared in all 21 games for the Huskies, earning 20 starts
- Recorded seven goals, five assists and 77 shots, leading the Huskies in all three categories
- Scored four game-winning goals
- Recorded a brace against Cal State Northridge and the game-winner against UC Irvine to win the Nike Portland Invitational Offensive MVP Honors
- Earned Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week honors for her performance at the Nike Portland Invitational
- Earned Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention honors
- Named to the All-Pac-12 Second Team
2014 (Freshman)
- Appeared in 22 of the Huskies' games, starting in 19
- Recorded 34 shots
- Led team with 5 assists
- Assisted Kimby Keever's game-winner against La Salle
- Assisted Jaclyn Softli's game-winners at Cal and Utah
- Assisted McKenzie Karas' game-winner against Rider in the first round of the NCAA Tournament
High School
- A California native that played her high school soccer at Redondo Union High School in Redondo Beach, Calif.
- Had a very successful HS career, recording 57 goals and 36 assists
- Won CIF All-League and All-Area First Team honors in her junior year season
- Won the All-Bay League Offensive Player of the Year award
- Played her club soccer with Beach FC along with fellow Husky Kimby Keever
- Took second in the Surf College Cup and first in the National League, where Simon helped lead her team by scoring five goals in four games
- Comes from an athletic family as her sister, Jacqueline, played college soccer at UC Santa Barbara
