2022-23ย (Sophomore)
- Season limited by an injury after he started the dual season in the No. 4 singles spot
- Was 7-3 in the fall and 1-2 in dual matches for an 8-5 overall record
- Won the dual season opener, beating Veselin Kiselkov of Seattle U. on Jan. 17
- In the fall, made ITA Northwest Regional quarterfinals, and was 3-0 at the Duck Invitational with wins over Gregory Grunig (PSU), August Gustafson (Oregon), and Nikolas Tvedt (Portland)
- Played five doubles matches in the fall, going 3-2 (2-1 with Han-Chih Lin and 1-1 with Brett Pearson).
- Named to the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2021-22ย (Freshman)
- Was 11-5 in singles matches in his freshman season, and won all six of his dual singles matches, going 2-0 at No. 4, 1-0 at No. 5, and 3-0 at No. 6
- In dual matches, won his debut at No. 5 singles against James Van Herzeele of Boise State, 7-6 (7), 4-6, (10-7)
- Won two dual matches against Seattle U., one against Eastern Washington, one against UNLV and his final win over Dani Torres of Northern Arizona, 4-6, 7-5, 6-2 on Mar. 24
- Was 5-5 in singles play in the fall, making the semifinals of the Duck Invitational with a win over Oregonโs Luke Vandecasteele
- Was 8-3 in doubles matches, and 2-1 in dual play, getting two wins with Ewen Lumsden over Seattle U. and Wastern Washington, and going 0-1 with Nedim Suko
- In the fall, was 4-0 in doubles at the Pacific Invitational with Jack Pulliam
- Earned ITA All-Academic Honors for earning above a 3.5 GPA for the year

Born in Fukuoka, Japan ... parents are Yukio and Junko Yamaguchi ... has one older brother, Shusei, and one older sister, Sayaka ... earned an ITF Junior ranking of No. 307 ...ย earned a best Universal Tennis Rating of 11.58 during his junior career ... reached the third round of a Grade 1 ITF tournament in Malaysia in March 2020.ย
