2015 Season (Junior): Played in five games, including four starts at striker … had one shot on the year and played 139 minutes…earned Second Team Academic All-Pac-12 honors.
2014 Season (Sophomore): Had playing time in two games.
2013 Season (Freshman): Saw action in seven games as a reserve ... added depth to a strong Husky midfield.
High School/Club: Nosack currently plays for the Portland Timbers Academy that produced former Husky and current Portland Timbers first-team member, Brent Richards ... currently leads the team with eight goals in 14 games ... in 2011-2012, played for the Seattle Sounders Academy and had six goals on the season ... helped his team to the 2011 ODP National Finals and was named to the ODP Region IV All-Star team.
Personal: Major is undeclared ... hobbies include eating food, hanging out with friends, ping pong, basketball and hiking.
Coach Clark on Nosack: "James is a very strong central midfielder that can dominate the middle of the park. He has very soft feet for a big physical player and we expect to be able to play through him. Coming from the Sounders and Timbers academy system he has been part of a lot of big games and will enter UW with a lot of great experience."
