Rowing/Athletic Experience
- Rowed all four years in high school.
- Accomplishments include fifth place at NSRA in the V4+, 11th at SRAA in the V4+, first at WMIRA League Championships, and third place at Head of the Potomac in the V8.

- Parents are Tiia Karlen and Rick Larsen; has one sibling, Per Karlen.
- Played clarinet since third grade and was First Clarinet in high school's full orchestra.
