2024-25: Ran one of the fastest miles in the NCAA in 2025 and took sixth in the NCAA Indoor mile final for All-America honors … had his best cross country season in the fall, as the No. 5 scorer at the NCAA Championships.
2025 Outdoors: Ran a 1,500m PR at the Bryan Clay Invitational, going to No. 6 in school history with a time of 3:38.23 … helped UW win its first two Penn Relays titles in program history, running the 1,200m leg on the winning DMR then running the first leg in the 4xMile Championship of America … had a tough championship season, not advancing out of prelims at Big Ten Outdoors and finishing 41st at West Prelims in the first round.
2025 Indoors: Earned his first podium finish at a national meet, taking sixth in the mile final at NCAA Indoors in Virginia Beach for First Team All-America honors … ran 3:55.52 in the NCAA final for sixth-place with teammate Nathan Green taking second … ran a huge mile PR to open the track season at the Mile City meet in the Dempsey, going 3:51.85 to go to No. 3 in school history and qualify for nationals … ran the opening 1,200m leg on the Husky DMR that broke the world record at the Husky Classic, running a time of 9:14.10 … took sixth in the mile final at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in 4:05.48.
2024 Cross Country: Raced at every meet and scored for the Dawgs at the NCAA Championships … at NCAA Cross Country, was the No. 5 Husky finisher in 164th-place overall as the team finished 16th … finished 36th overall and sixth on the squad at NCAA West Regionals as the Huskies captured the team title … was the seventh Husky across the line at the Big Ten Championships, finishing in 37th-place as the team took second … was the top Husky runner at the Pre-Nationals Meet in Wisconsin, placing 82nd overall … opened the season finishing 91st overall and sixth on the team at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invite.
2024 Track: Part of the elite miler group in his first year as a Dawg on the track, lowering his mile PR indoors to 3:54.61 at the UW Invitational going to No. 8 in school history … earned Second Team All-America on the distance medley relay, running the 800m leg at nationals in Boston as the Huskies finished ninth … outdoors, took fifth-place in the Pac-12 Championship 1,500-meters as the Huskies defended their team title … ran at NCAA West Prelims in the 1,500m, finishing 31st in the first round … ran 3:41.80 for 1,500m at the Payton Jordan Invite, taking seventh … indoors, went to ninth in school history in the 800-meters with a run of 1:49.09 at the Arkansas Qualifier … also went to No. 4 all-time in the 1,000-meters indoors with a PR of 2:21.66 at the UW Preview

2023 Track At UCLA: Competed three times outdoors, setting a 1,500-meters PR of 3:39.32 at the Bryan Clay Invitational in his final race of the season on Apr. 14 … indoors, earned All-America Second Team honors, qualifying for the NCAA Indoor Championships in the mile and finishing 12th in the semis … made it to nationals by virtue of a stellar 3:54.93 mile PR at the Arkansas Qualifier where he took the victory … also ran two more sub-four miles, going 3:57.81 at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge in January, then going 3:56.41 at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invite on Feb. 11 … posted an 800m PR of 1:48.31 at the UW Ken Shannon Last Chance Meet in the Dempsey

2022 Track At UCLA: Competed at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing 12th in the steeplechase in 9:00.76, and 13th in the 5,000-meters in 14:07.58 … steeplechase PR of 8:58.52 at the Bryan Clay Invite … indoors, posted a season-best mile time of 4:01.43 at the Pac-12 Invitational in Seattle … set a 5k PR of 14:01.19 at the Husky Classic in the Dempsey … also ran a 3,000-meters best of 8:02.89 at the UW Invitational
