2024 Cross Country: Raced twice in his first fall with the team โฆ was the No. 5 scorer at Pre-Nationals, placing 173rd overall in 24:26 โฆ at the Big Ten Championships, finished 127th overall in 24:52.
At University of Stirling: A sub-four-minute miler, setting a PR of 3:57.76 at the 2022 Monument Mile Classic in Stirling โฆ became first Scotsman to go sub-four within Scotland since 1985 โฆ sub-four again at the University of Birmingham Track Festival in 2022, going 3:58.30 โฆ won the 2023 Scottish senior 3,000-meters title โฆ a 5K PR of 13:51.22 at the BMC Grand Prix in 2022 โฆ fourth in the 2022 British University Championships 1,500-meters.
