2016-17 (Track): Ran at three meets during the indoor season, focusing on the mile โฆ ended the season with his best mile time, running 4:11.86 at the SPU Final Qualifier โฆ also ran 4:12.01 for the mile at the Husky Classic โฆ anchored the DMR at the UW Invitational which was fourth in 9:54.28 โฆ did not compete outdoors ...ย (Cross Country):ย Ran twice in the fall, including a trip to the Pac-12 Championships where he finished 71st overall, the eighth Husky finisher โฆ also ran at the season-opening Sundodger, placing 17th, fourth among Huskies in uniform โฆ earned Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2015-16 (Track): Competed four times outdoors, twice in the 1,500m and twice in the 3,000-meter steeplechase โฆ ended the season with a fourth-place finish in the 1,500m at the Ken Shannon Invite, crossing in 3:51.49 โฆ made his steeple debut at the Pepsi Team Invite, taking fifth in 9:24.66 โฆ sixth in the steeple at the UW-WSU Dual โฆ ran 3:54.76 in the 1,500m at the Stanford Invite โฆ indoors, ran the mile in 4:12.11 at the UW Invitational for 20th โฆ a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention ...ย (Cross Country):ย Raced twice during the fall, starting with a 39th-place finish at the Sundodger Invitational โฆ also was 101stย overall at the Washington Invitational, the eighth Husky finisher, in 25:40.

High School and Personal:ย Born in Spokane, Wash. โฆ parents are Cathy Williams and Jeff Hilderbrand โฆ the 2013 Washington 3A state champion at 1,600-meters, going undefeated on the season to earn his first state title โฆ ran 4:14.60 to win the state title, one race after he set a PR of 4:09.36 at Regionals, a time that ranked 19thย nationally โฆ also took third in the 800-meters final at state his senior year โฆ focused on the 800-meters earlier in his career, finishing eighth at state as a junior and fifth as a sophomore โฆ took second in the mile run at the 2013 Arcadia Invitational, posting a career-best 4:12.56 โฆ also ran a 4:13.21 mile at the UW Indoor Open in 2013 โฆ in cross country, he qualified for Nike Cross Nationals as a senior, finishing 54thย โฆ took eighth at the 2012 NXN Northwest Regionals โฆ a two-time top-10 finisher at the 3A state cross country meet, finishing ninth as a senior and sixth as a junior in 2011 โฆ ran on state qualifying 4x400m relay from 2011-13, with a best finish of second in 2011 โฆ graduated with a 3.6 GPA.
