Hey Dawg Fans!
The season is just one month away, and the team is excited and working as hard as ever. Last week was filled with positive news. Both Katie and Cassidy's surgeries went well, and we are wishing them both a strong and speedy recovery!
Tuesday we had a team meeting discussing some obstacles that the team has been faced with. The meeting gave us a chance to communicate and reflect together as a team and it resulted with even more spirit, intensity, and team unity. We got Wednesday off, which was good since it was Halloween ¬- and our bodies needed the break! Thursday, the team came back with excitement and we were ready to make the last two practices of the week awesome! While we still have a lot of work to do to meet our high standards for the year, we are on track and focusing on getting better each day.
Another addition to the team is the Top Dawg award. This award is presented each week to a GymDawg who has displayed a positive and motivating attitude throughout the week. This week Niki was presented the Top Dawg!
