Huskies Complete Day Four Of ITAs

CARY, N.C. – The Huskies dropped both of their singles matches on day four of the ITA All-American Championships at Cary Tennis Park in Cary, North Carolina.
In the consolation qualifying draw, Erika Matsuda dropped a three-set decision to No. 64 Daria Smetannokov of Texas A&M.
Reece Carter jumped out and took set one 6-2 in the qualifying main draw but fell in the second set in a tie break and dropped set three, 6-1, against No. Sofia Rojas of Georgia.
No. 24 Alexia Jacobs and Marie Weissheim begin their doubles run in the main draw tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. PT/2:30 p.m. ET against Arizona's No. 22 Martyna Ostrzygalo/Josie Usereau.
