BACKGROUND |
Head Coach Robin Stephenson on Jacobs: "Alexia and her family are exactly the type of people that we want to be part of our program. She is a high character person with a strong work ethic and a desire to be the best that she can be. Her communication in the recruiting process was some of the best I have seen, and she is a high-level person in so many ways. She wants to maximize her potential and is committed to the goals of the program and the process it takes to get there.
"Alexia has a huge game with so many weapons and we are so excited to start the journey with her and see how her game can take off. She has been one of the top juniors in Canada over the years and has had so much success in both singles and doubles at the junior level and we know that she is going to flourish in the college environment and being part of a team."
- Has a career-high ITF Junior Rankings of No. 132
- Has won a number of junior titles including the J3 Montreal 2021 tournament
