UW Women’s Soccer Signs Welsh Goalkeeper Cadi Doran

SEATTLE – Washington women's soccer head coach Nicole Van Dyke has announced the signing of the sixth member of UW's incoming freshman class, adding goalkeeper Cadi Doran on Wednesday.
Doran, a native of Rhyl, Wales, joins previous signees Vanessa Aguilar, Angelica Chou, Maylen Montoya, Mary Camp Newton and Anouk Westphal.
Despite coming to Montlake as a freshman, Doran will bring experience at the professional level, suiting up between the posts for both Liverpool Feds of the FA National League, England's third tier, as well as Liverpool Football Club's U21 development team.
Doran has also sported her home nation's badge, playing internationally for Wales.

INTERNATIONAL
• Signed a dual registration, allowing her to play for both Liverpool Feds and Liverpool FC's U21 team during the season
• Helped LFC capture the Pro Game Academy Championship during the 2024-25 season
• Made 12 appearances for Liverpool Feds during the 2024-25 campaign, helping the club to a sixth place finish in the FA National League North table
• Made the squad for LFC's senior team three times, a pair of friendlies with Atlético Madrid and Paris Saint Germain and a Women's Super League match with Tottenham Hotspur
• Has received nine caps in the Wales Youth National Team system, four with the U19 team, one with the U17 team and four with the U16 team
